Taraflar\u0131n farkl\u0131 tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 te\u015fkilat\u0131nda bulunmalar\u0131 halinde i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131labilecek olmas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k oldu\u011funu ifade eden \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, “Bu uygulamadan \u00f6nce, akitli i\u015flemler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde al\u0131c\u0131 ve sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 tapu sicil m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde olmalar\u0131 gerekiyordu.
