Konular\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHamilelik boyunca, ben iki can ta\u015f\u0131yorum bu nedenle \u00e7ok yemek yemem gerekir diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyin\u201d diyen Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, \u201cBedenimiz bize ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 i\u015ftah yolu ile g\u00f6sterir. Bu nedenle e\u011fer anne yeterince kalsiyum almazsa, bebek ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ne yap\u0131p edip anneden kar\u015f\u0131layaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in; annede kemik erimesi, di\u015f kay\u0131plar\u0131, eklem rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi k\u00f6t\u00fc etkiler olabilir. Bunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in kalsiyumdan zengin olan yiyecekleri t\u00fcketmek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fta, s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, yo\u011furt, peynir, bal\u0131k,badem,fasulye,ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler.<\/p>\n<p>Protein : V\u00fccudumuzun yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan proteinler, hem ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi i\u00e7in hem de  v\u00fccudumuzun yenilenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan temel besinlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Bebek i\u00e7in de protein \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu nedenle hamile bir kad\u0131n\u0131n protein ihtiyac\u0131 normal bir kad\u0131ndan 1\/3 oran\u0131nda fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ve beyaz et, yumurta, yo\u011furt, peynir, bakliyatlar, ceviz f\u0131nd\u0131k gibi kuruyemi\u015fler,<\/p>\n<p>hatta avokado, nar gibi baz\u0131 meyvelerde bile protein vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Demir: V\u00fccudumuzun ve bebe\u011fimizin de yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in demire ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle hamilelik boyunca kans\u0131zl\u0131k olmamas\u0131 ve rahat bir hamilelik s\u00fcreci ya\u015fayabilmek i\u00e7in demir bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin g\u0131dalar\u0131n da \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Pekmez ba\u015fta gelir ( \u00f6zellikle karadut ve ke\u00e7i boynuzu ), k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et,bal\u0131k,\u0131spanak,koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler,tah\u0131llar,bakliyatlar,kuruyemi\u015f ve kuru meyveler<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin:\u00d6zellikle C vitamini bu d\u00f6nemde v\u00fccudumuzun en \u00f6nemli  biri olan demirin, ba\u011f\u0131rsaklardan emilimini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Folik asit B grubu vitaminlerdendir ve \u00f6zellikle hamileli\u011fin ilk 3 ay\u0131nda folik asit ihtiyac\u0131 normalin 3 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar.
