Bu noktada Amerikan Tabipler Birli\u011fi Dergisi\u2019nde (JAMA) yay\u0131nlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, potansiyel olarak g\u00fcvenli olmayan miktarlarda D vitamini alan insan say\u0131s\u0131nda y\u00fczde 2,8\u2019lik bir art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konuldu. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcnl\u00fck 1000 IU veya daha fazla D vitamini alan ki\u015filerin say\u0131s\u0131 da y\u00fczde 18 y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kansere kadar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nlemek umuduyla D vitamini takviyeleri al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flayanlar i\u00e7in uzmanlardan uyar\u0131 geldi. D vitamini ve kalsiyumun kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli oldu\u011fu konusunda hem fikir olan uzmanlar, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek dozda al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ise daha fazla fayda sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdiler.<\/p>\n<p>Konuya ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Murat Do\u011fan, \u201cD vitamininin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kemikler olu\u015fturmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir ger\u00e7ek ama ne kadar al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusu hep tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131k oldu. Ancak son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar g\u00f6steriyor ki bilinenin tam tersi olarak asl\u0131nda y\u00fcksek doz D vitaminin zararl\u0131 bir etkisi olabilece\u011fi belirtiliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de art\u0131\u015f var<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de son zamanlarda y\u00fcksek ve gereksiz D vitamini kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Murat Do\u011fan \u015fu uyar\u0131larda bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7ok y\u00fcksek dozlarda yani g\u00fcnde 25 bin IU D vitamini takviyesi al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kalsiyum bozukluklar\u0131, b\u00f6brek fonksiyon bozukluklar\u0131 ve yumu\u015fak doku kalsifikasyonu g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Baz\u0131 kaynaklarda 4 bin IU dozun tolere edilebilir \u00fcst limit oldu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Ba\u011f\u0131rsaklarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen Crohn hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fclseratif kolit gibi besinleri d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde emmesini \u00f6nleyen rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 olan ki\u015filer ile gastrik bypass ameliyat\u0131 ge\u00e7irenler y\u00fcksek dozda D vitamini al\u0131m\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyabilirler. Ancak \u00e7o\u011fu insanda y\u00fcksek dozlar gereksizdir ve potansiyel olarak zararl\u0131d\u0131r. D\u0131\u015far\u0131da az zaman ge\u00e7iren, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok az faydalanan insanlar da yeterli dozda takviye almal\u0131d\u0131rlar. D vitamini \u2018g\u00fcne\u015f vitamini\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. V\u00fccut, g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kald\u0131ktan sonra D vitaminini \u00fcretir ve ya\u015fland\u0131k\u00e7a bu \u00fcretim azal\u0131r. 65 ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fczerindeki ki\u015filer 20\u2019li ya\u015flar\u0131nda olanlara g\u00f6re d\u00f6rtte bir daha az D vitamini \u00fcretir.
