K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 pancar tam k\u0131\u015f mevsimindeyiz t\u00fcketmemiz gereken besinler i\u00e7erisinde A, B, C vitaminlerinden ve demirden \u00e7ok zengin bir besin.
