G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede, AB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Charles Michel\u2019in Libya Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Fayez al-Sarraj\u2019a Libya\u2019daki askeri hareketlilikten duydu\u011fu endi\u015feyi, Libya\u2019da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn askeri yollarla de\u011fil, diplomatik yollarla sa\u011flanabilece\u011fini ifade etti\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
AB Konseyi taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan resmi a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Libya\u2019n\u0131n gelece\u011fini Libyal\u0131lar\u0131n belirleyebilece\u011fi vurguland\u0131” denildi. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede, AB\u2019nin bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l ve politik bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. AB\u2019nin Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) taraf\u0131ndan giri\u015filecek politik \u00e7abalara ve Berlin s\u00fcrecinde siyasi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme var\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in destek verece\u011fi de vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye-Libya aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fma<\/p>\n
G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede AB\u2019nin Libya ile T\u00fcrkiye aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmaya ili\u015fkin olarak resmi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn Libya heyetine beyan edildi\u011fi bildirildi. Buna g\u00f6re Libya-T\u00fcrkiye Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n AB \u00fcyesi \u00fclkelerin egemenlik haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal etti\u011fi ve deniz hukukuna uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 savunuldu. Anla\u015fman\u0131n di\u011fer \u00fclkeler nezdinde de hukuki hi\u00e7bir sonu\u00e7 do\u011furmayaca\u011f\u0131 ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrken bu durumun Libya heyetine iletildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n
