Hakk\u0131nda 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda FET\u00d6\u2019den soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lan ve 2 y\u0131l 6 ay tutuklu kalmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Yarg\u0131tay karar\u0131 ile tahliye olan \u00c7elik, U\u015fak 2. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde devam edilen duru\u015fmada beraatini istedi. Mahkeme heyeti beraatine karar vererek tutuklu bulundu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlere ili\u015fkin tazminat hakk\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n
Duru\u015fma sonras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Sait \u00c7elik, “U\u015fak \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rev yaparken FET\u00d6 \u00fcyesi olmak isnad\u0131yla 22 Aral\u0131k 2016\u2019da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131m. FET\u00d6\u2019c\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ma ve FET\u00d6 ile m\u00fccadele eden bir rekt\u00f6r oldu\u011fuma dair kan\u0131tlar olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 31 Aral\u0131k 2016\u2019da tutukland\u0131m. 2 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis yatt\u0131ktan sonra Yarg\u0131tay karar\u0131 ile tahliye oldum. Bug\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen duru\u015fma sonucu olarak \u00e7ok \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr beraat ederek akland\u0131m.
