Daha sonra 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda 01 BIR 66 plakal\u0131 bir motosiklet daha alan Ali Avan, bunu da 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda satt\u0131. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 01 ZF 302 plakal\u0131 otomobil sat\u0131n alan Avan, bu arac\u0131n\u0131 da 2016 tarihinde satt\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda vergi dairesinden \u2018Vergi borcu yoktur\u2019 yaz\u0131s\u0131 alan ve devir i\u015flemlerinde s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015famayan Ali Avan, 3 Ocak 2020 tarihinde Seyhan il\u00e7esi U\u00e7ak Mahallesi\u2019ndeki evine gelen bin 200 liral\u0131k \u00f6deme emri ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 ile \u015fa\u015fk\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Bunun \u00fczerine vergi dairesine giden Avan, 2007\u2019de 444, 2008\u2019de 600, 2012\u2019de 154, 2016\u2019da 88, 2019\u2019da ise bin 200 lira oldu\u011funu, toplam borcunun 2 bin 486 lira oldu\u011funu ancak gecikme faiziyle birlikte 3 bin 858 TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi. Vergi dairesinde \u00f6\u011frendikleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u015fa\u015fk\u0131na d\u00f6nen Avan, Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019ne ba\u015fvurup ma\u011fduriyetinin giderilmesini talep edecek.<\/p>\n
Ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 satarken kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na bor\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ali Avan, \u201cAra\u00e7lar\u0131 satt\u0131ktan sonra herhangi bir evrak gelmedi. 13 y\u0131l sonra evime evrak g\u00f6nderdiler.
