Konut kredi faiz oranlar\u0131ndaki indirime ek olarak tapu harc\u0131 ve KDV indirimleri bu y\u0131l da devam ederse vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z ev sahibi olurken eldeki konut stoku da erimi\u015f olur. Yeni y\u0131lda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n istenilen seviyelere ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in konut sat\u0131\u015f te\u015fvikleri s\u00fcrmeli. \u00d6te yandan firmalar da elini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koyup konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 makul seviyede tutmal\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Konut sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki te\u015fviklerin konut piyasas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hareketlendirdi\u011fini ve bu hareketlili\u011fin s\u00fcrmesi i\u00e7in te\u015fviklerin devam etmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Paland\u00f6ken, \u201c2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki tapu harc\u0131 y\u00fczde 4\u2019ten y\u00fczde 3\u2019e indirilmi\u015f, KDV oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 18\u2019den y\u00fczde 8\u2019e \u00e7ekilmi\u015fti. Bu te\u015fviklere ek olarak kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos\u2019ta konut kredi faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesi ve \u00f6zel bankalar\u0131n da s\u00fcrece dahil olmas\u0131yla konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hareketlendi. \u00d6yle ki Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 54,5 art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. \u00d6te yandan ayn\u0131 ay i\u00e7erisinde ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 724 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131. \u00d6zellikle ipotekli konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131nda bankalar\u0131n konut kredi faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekmesi etkili oldu. Sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda oldu\u011fu gibi y\u00fczde 0.60 seviyelerindeki konut kredi faizlerine mutlaka geri d\u00f6n\u00fclmeli\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonut fiyatlar\u0131 makul seviyede tutulmal\u0131\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Eldeki konut stokunun eritilmesi ve konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n istenilen seviyeye ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in herkesin elini ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na koymas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade eden Paland\u00f6ken, \u201cBankalar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 faiz indirimine ek olarak m\u00fclk sahipleri ve firmalar da konut fiyatlar\u0131nda makul oranlarda indirime giderse sat\u0131\u015flar istenilen seviyeye ula\u015fabilir. Konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn canlanmas\u0131 beraberinde onlarca sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn daha canlanmas\u0131na anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bunun i\u00e7in de konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda hem sat\u0131c\u0131 hem de al\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir y\u00fck olan tapu harc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmeli. KDV oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 8\u2019e sabitlenmeli. Ayr\u0131ca ilk kez ev sahibi olacak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in KDV oran\u0131 daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmal\u0131 ki ihtiya\u00e7 sahipleri ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sokacak bir ev alabilsin.
