Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi (BU\u00dc), tamamen \u00fcniversitenin kendi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulacak geli\u015fmi\u015f bir bilgi sistem alt yap\u0131s\u0131 kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n
BU\u00dc Rekt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, b\u00fct\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilen ve taleplere g\u00f6re geli\u015ftirilip g\u00fcncellenebilen bir y\u00f6netim bilgi sistemi kurulmas\u0131 konusunda ilk ad\u0131m att\u0131. Bilgi \u0130\u015flem Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimine yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve yat\u0131r\u0131m planlamalar\u0131 konusunda sunum yap\u0131ld\u0131. Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zel olarak g\u00f6revlendirilen ekip BU\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim K\u0131lavuz\u2019un t\u00e2limatlar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130lk etapta \u00d6\u011frenci Otomasyon Sistemi \u00fczerinden ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan proje, y\u00fczde 100 \u00fcniversitenin personel uzmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilecek. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 24 ayda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlanan \u00d6\u011frenci \u0130\u015fleri Otomasyonundan sonra s\u0131ras\u0131yla di\u011fer mod\u00fcllerin de eklenmesiyle gelecekte tamamen \u00f6zg\u00fcn ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00dcniversite Y\u00f6netim Sistemi Otomasyonuna ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Ahmet Saim K\u0131lavuz, \u201c\u00dcniversitemizin b\u00fct\u00fcn yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n entegre ve birlikte \u2018y\u00f6netilebilir\u2019 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015f ve destek talepleri, yeni yaz\u0131l\u0131m ile en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede cevaplanabilecek. Bu geli\u015fmeyle birlikte veri tekrar\u0131, zaman ve kaynak israf\u0131ndan da kurtulmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Ayr\u0131ca ki\u015filere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir sistem yerine, yeni gelen personelin de kolayl\u0131kla intibak edece\u011fi bir program\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz.
