Kul\u00fcplerinin spordan \u00f6te birer e\u011fitim merkezi olmas\u0131, bu t\u00fcr yap\u0131lanmalarda fertlere sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel donan\u0131mlar kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kaydeden Ba\u015fkan Akta\u015f, \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fcklerimiz gelsin, buralarda sohbet etsin. Gen\u00e7lere trafik e\u011fitimi verelim. Baz\u0131 spor kul\u00fcpleri bunu yap\u0131yor ve \u00e7ok da g\u00fczel oluyor. Herkesin bir ailesi, \u00e7evresi, muhatap oldu\u011fu insanlar var.
