Bu kapsamda e-ticaret sitelerinden yap\u0131lan ortalama sipari\u015f tutar\u0131 267 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131karken, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n web sitelerinde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama s\u00fcre 5 saate yakla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hem d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk dijital pazarlama teknoloji ve servis sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131ndan hem de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerli ve milli teknoloji \u015firketlerinden Related Digital, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2019 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin e-ticaret verilerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Verilere g\u00f6re; kullan\u0131c\u0131lar al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f sitelerinde daha \u00e7ok para harcarken, daha az \u00fcr\u00fcn sat\u0131n ald\u0131. Yine kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n web sitelerinde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama s\u00fcre 5 saate yakla\u015f\u0131rken, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f i\u00e7in ise a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Pazar g\u00fcnleri beklendi. Verilere g\u00f6re; 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 218 TL olan ortalama sipari\u015f tutar\u0131 2019\u2019da 267 TL\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ortalama sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ise 2001 adetten 1091\u2019e d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n web sitelerinde ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama s\u00fcre 4 saat 53 dakikay\u0131 bulurken, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ziyaret ba\u015f\u0131na ortalama 4.24 sayfa g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcledi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re; kullan\u0131c\u0131lar al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc saat 16.00\u2019\u0131 bekledi. Related Digital\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 Omnichannel (\u00e7oklu kanal) kampanya verilerini de g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serildi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda e-ticaretteki sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak isteyen \u015firketlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi kampanya say\u0131s\u0131nda y\u00fczde 17\u2019lik art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede 2018\u2019de 450 bin olan kampanya say\u0131s\u0131, 2019\u2019da 530 bine y\u00fckseldi. Kampanyalarla ilgili g\u00f6nderilen e-posta oran\u0131nda da ise y\u00fczde 29\u2019luk art\u0131\u015f meydana geldi. 2018\u2019de kampanyalarla ilgili g\u00f6nderilen e-posta oran\u0131 8 milyarken, s\u00f6z konusu rakam 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 10 milyara ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mobil bildirim y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7ti<\/p>\n<p>Markalar\u0131n do\u011fru kampanya ile do\u011fru m\u00fc\u015fteriye ula\u015fma noktas\u0131nda tercih etti\u011fi web bildirim adedi ise y\u00fczde 200\u2019l\u00fck art\u0131\u015fla 340 milyona ula\u015ft\u0131. E-postalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 62 oranla en \u00e7ok mobilden okundu\u011fu, mobili s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 32 ile web mail ve y\u00fcze 6 ile masa\u00fcst\u00fc uygulaman\u0131n takip etti\u011fi belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p>IOS Android\u2019i, Hotmail Gmail\u2019i ge\u00e7ti<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e7ok e-posta okunan i\u015fletim sistemleri ise y\u00fczde 62 ile IOS oldu. \u0130kinci s\u0131raya y\u00fczde 36 ile Android, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya ise y\u00fczde 2 ile \u2019di\u011fer\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131 i\u015fletim sistemleri yerle\u015fti. En \u00e7ok okunan e-posta uzant\u0131s\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 50 ile Hotmail oldu.
