Mardin Artuklu Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan Elif Olga\u00e7, \u201cArtuklu Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan geldik, annelerimize kaymakam ve valinin selamlar\u0131n\u0131 getirdik.
