T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk grubundaki \u00fclkelerden biri oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken uzmanlar, \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmamas\u0131 halinde iklim krizinin etkilerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek devam edece\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundular.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye etkilerini de\u011ferlendiren Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi K\u00f6yce\u011fiz Meslek Y\u00fcksek Okulu M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, Orman M\u00fchendisi Dr. Hatice Ulusoy ve Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7evre Sorunlar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Uygulama Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Ahmet Demirak, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ilmezse daha k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullara haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olunmas\u0131 konusunda uyar\u0131 yapt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOrman yang\u0131n\u0131 mevsimlerinin s\u00fcresi giderek uzayacak ve yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u015fiddeti daha da artacak\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Avustralya\u2019da 4 ayd\u0131r s\u00fcren yang\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergelerinden biri oldu\u011funu belirten Dr. Hatice Ulusoy, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n yaz aylar\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da yang\u0131nla m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. \u201c\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Avustralya\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 yang\u0131nlar gibi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olaylar\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse ola\u011fan hale getirdi\u201d diyen Ulusoy, \u201c\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6nemli sorunu iklim krizi. Akdeniz havzas\u0131 da di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelere g\u00f6re daha fazla \u0131s\u0131n\u0131yor. G\u00f6r\u00fcnen o ki, orman yang\u0131n\u0131 mevsimlerinin s\u00fcresi giderek uzayacak ve yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u015fiddeti daha da artacak. Bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan tutulan karbonun y\u00fczde 75\u2019ini bar\u0131nd\u0131ran ormanlar\u0131n yanmas\u0131, hava kirlili\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra sera gaz\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131na da sebep oluyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de son y\u0131llardaki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klardan dolay\u0131 yang\u0131nlar artt\u0131\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 ile iklim krizi ili\u015fkisini anlatan Dr. Ulusoy, ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n, orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n sadece k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n bir sonucu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli etkileri oldu\u011funu da ortaya koydu\u011funu kaydeden Ulusoy, \u201cOrmanlar, bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcnde ve toprakta b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda karbon depolayarak atmosferdeki karbon dengesini d\u00fczenlemekte, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n yava\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Meteoroloji \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde son 10 y\u0131l\u0131n tarihin en s\u0131cak d\u00f6nemi oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Bu nedenle orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 daha s\u0131k \u00e7\u0131kmakta ve geni\u015f alanlara yay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 sonucu y\u0131llarca depolanan karbon yanarak karbondioksit \u015feklinde atmosfere geri gidiyor ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden oluyor. A\u011fa\u00e7 t\u00fcrlerinin artan s\u0131cakl\u0131klara yan\u0131t olarak daha y\u00fcksek rak\u0131mlara kayaca\u011f\u0131 ve ormanlar\u0131n co\u011frafya \u00fczerinde da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fece\u011fi bekleniyor. S\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015flar\u0131, b\u00f6cek pop\u00fclasyonundaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6zellikle son y\u0131llardaki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klardan dolay\u0131 yang\u0131nlar\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00f6zellikle Akdeniz ve Ege y\u00f6resindeki \u00e7am ormanlar\u0131nda zararl\u0131 b\u00f6ceklerin \u00fcremelerindeki art\u0131\u015flar da a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n yok olmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00fcnyada yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyar hektar alan\u0131n daha a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadeledeki \u00f6nlemlerden birinin ormanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ulusoy, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c\u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019deki Z\u00fcrih Teknik \u00dcniversitesinin Bilim Dergisinde ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda yay\u0131mlanan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, ormanla\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n \u015fimdiye kadar insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisini azaltma potansiyeli bulundu\u011funu ortaya koydu. D\u00fcnyada \u015fu an 2 milyar 800 milyon hektar alan a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumda. K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n en fazla 1,5 derece ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefinin de tutturulmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmesi i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyar hektar alan\u0131n daha a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu alanlar\u0131n 205 milyar ton karbon gaz\u0131n\u0131 emerek bloke edebilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finde ormans\u0131zla\u015fma kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra enerji, tar\u0131m, ula\u015ft\u0131rmada kullan\u0131lan kaynaklar\u0131n yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n da etkili oldu\u011fu unutulmamal\u0131. M\u00fccadelenin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye, risk grubundaki \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Ahmet Demirak ise yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n, yang\u0131nlar\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u015fiddetinin artmas\u0131yla k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma aras\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 tespit etti\u011fini ifade etti. Demirak, \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131na g\u00f6re, y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam k\u00fcresel karbondioksit emisyonu 32,5 milyar ton. Orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u00fcresel karbondioksit emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 5 ila 10\u2019unu olu\u015fturdu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor. Avustralya\u2019da g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz yang\u0131nlar, \u00e7ok daha k\u00f6t\u00fc ko\u015fullara ge\u00e7i\u015fin i\u015fareti olabilir. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin bir sonucu olarak Akdeniz\u2019in kuzeyindeki \u00fclkelerde giderek daha s\u0131k ve yo\u011fun \u015fekilde kurakl\u0131k d\u00f6nemleri ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 30-40 y\u0131lda kurakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin olumsuz etkileri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk grubundaki \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Toplam 22 milyon hektarl\u0131k ormanl\u0131k alan\u0131m\u0131z var. Bu topraklar, bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 3 bin endemik t\u00fcrle t\u00fcm Avrupa\u2019dan daha fazla endemik t\u00fcre sahip. Dr. Demirak, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBizi endi\u015felendiren do\u011fa olaylar\u0131 asl\u0131nda bizi nas\u0131l bir gelece\u011fin bekledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. De\u011fi\u015fen iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkileri nedeniyle y\u00fckselen deniz seviyeleri, daha \u015fiddetli hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, seller, kurakl\u0131klar ve f\u0131rt\u0131nalarla y\u00fczle\u015fiyoruz. H\u00fck\u00fcmetleraras\u0131 \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Paneli (IPCC) raporuna g\u00f6re, k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fimi y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131nda insan faaliyetlerinden kaynaklan\u0131yor. \u2018BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2019\u2019 raporuna g\u00f6re de d\u00fcnya birincil enerji t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 84,7\u2019si fosil yak\u0131tlardan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. Fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n bu kadar y\u00fcksek oranlarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya, \u00e7evreye ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zararl\u0131 hava kirleticilerin sal\u0131nmas\u0131na devam edecek anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130klim hedeflerine uyumlu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir rota i\u00e7in temiz enerji geli\u015fiminin de \u015fu anki h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca \u0131s\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131 engellemek i\u00e7in konutlarda yal\u0131t\u0131m yap\u0131lmas\u0131, \u0131s\u0131nmada fosil yak\u0131tlar yerine daha temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelinmesi gibi ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 da zorunluluk haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir. Asl\u0131nda, k\u00fcresel boyutta acil \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Ancak, \u00f6nlemlerin nas\u0131l al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 konusunda maalesef bir fikir birli\u011fi olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve gelecek i\u00e7in yeterli enerji sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, n\u00fckleer, hidrojen dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye de enerji politikas\u0131 gere\u011fi yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretimini te\u015fvik etmeye devam edecektir.
