B\u00f6yle bir ayakkab\u0131 tercihinde bulunmayanlar ise topuk dikenine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcnde uygulayacaklar\u0131 20 dakikal\u0131k \u00f6zel egzersizlerle \u00f6nlem alabilirler. Topuk dikeni tan\u0131s\u0131 al\u0131p sadece d\u00fczenli yap\u0131lan egzersizlerle iyile\u015fen hastalar \u00e7ok\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kent Bayrakl\u0131 T\u0131p Merkezi Ortopedi Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. U\u011fur \u00d6zi\u00e7, &#8220;kalkaneus&#8221; denilen topuk kemi\u011finden ba\u015flayan ve ayak parmaklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fck\u00fclmesini sa\u011flayan kas grubunun yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgede olu\u015fan kemiksi \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara \u201ctopuk dikeni\u201d denildi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Topuk dikeninin her zaman a\u011fr\u0131ya neden olmayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi her topuk a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da topuk dikeni kaynakl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. \u00d6zi\u00e7, \u201cBu b\u00f6lgenin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenme, ayak yap\u0131s\u0131 bozuklu\u011fu, sert zeminde uzun s\u00fcreli ko\u015fma ve y\u00fcr\u00fcme ile, bazen de romatizmal hastal\u0131klar sonucu gibi nedenlerle devaml\u0131 uyar\u0131lmas\u0131  ve olu\u015fan minimal y\u0131rt\u0131lmalar topuk dikeni riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. Bu yap\u0131\u015fma yerindeki \u00f6dem ve kanamalar zamanla kemikle\u015ferek r\u00f6ntgen filmlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen dikensi \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Yani topuk dikeni uzun bir s\u00fcre sonunda olu\u015fur. O nedenle topuk dikeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen her hastada r\u00f6ntgen filmlerinde bulgu olmayabilir. A\u011fr\u0131 topuk alt b\u00f6lgesinin tam ortas\u0131 de\u011fil, hafif\u00e7e i\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131ndad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Egzersiz vurgusu<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Prof. Dr. \u00d6zi\u00e7, topuk dikeni olgular\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n cerrahi olmayan y\u00f6ntemlerle tedavi edilebildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerken, uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalan, uzun s\u00fcre sert zeminde y\u00fcr\u00fcyen, ko\u015fan, taban\u0131 ve topu\u011fu sert ayakkab\u0131 kullanan ki\u015filerin risk alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. A\u011fr\u0131lardan kurtulmak i\u00e7in ilk yap\u0131lacak i\u015flemin ayakkab\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. \u00d6zi\u00e7, \u00f6nlem i\u00e7in egzersiz \u00f6rnekleri \u00f6nerdi. \u00d6zi\u00e7 s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00d6k\u00e7e y\u00fcksek ya da al\u00e7ak fark etmiyor, ayakkab\u0131da sert taban ve topuk, topuk dikenine davetiye \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131r. O nedenle yumu\u015fak tabanl\u0131 ayakkab\u0131 tercih edilmeli. Risk grubuna girenler her g\u00fcn 20 dakika ayak taban\u0131ndaki kaslar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik germe egzersizlerini yaparak \u00f6nlemlerini alabilirler. Ayak taban\u0131 ile \u015fi\u015fe yuvarlama, parmak u\u00e7lar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcme, aya\u011f\u0131 bir bant ile kendine do\u011fru \u00e7ekme, topuk b\u00f6lgesi d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kalacak \u015fekilde aya\u011f\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 ile merdiven basama\u011f\u0131nda durma gibi evde yap\u0131labilecek egzersizlerdir. Sadece d\u00fczenli yap\u0131lan egzersizlerle iyile\u015fen hastalar var. Yeter ki her g\u00fcn 20 dakikay\u0131 egzersize ay\u0131rabilelim. B\u00f6lgeye yap\u0131lan lokal enjeksiyonlar, ESWT ile ifade edilen \u015fok dalga uygulamalar\u0131 da en s\u0131k ba\u015fvurulan  tedavi y\u00f6ntemleridir.
