T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de mormiks \u00f6z\u00fc \u00fczerine uzun s\u00fcredir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan Prof. Dr. \u0130hsan Kara ve ekibinin 12 y\u0131ll\u0131k eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan mor ekme\u011fin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na Akyurt\u2019ta ba\u015fland\u0131. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7eken mor ekme\u011fi \u00fcreten i\u015f insan\u0131 Fatih Karaka\u015f, i\u00e7erisindeki antosiyon madde nedeniyle bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa iyi geldi\u011fini ifade etti. Ekme\u011fin hi\u00e7bir katk\u0131 maddesi kullan\u0131lmadan, de\u011firmende \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f saf beyaz un, tam bu\u011fday unu ve mormiks \u00f6z\u00fcnden imal edildi\u011fini belirten Karaka\u015f, “Yaban mersini, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 so\u011fan, ahududu gibi k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 meyve ve sebzelerden elde edilen mormiks \u00f6z\u00fc ba\u015fta \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmak \u00fczere damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi, eklem a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131, unutkanl\u0131k gibi bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa iyi geliyor. Rengini i\u00e7erdi\u011fi meyve ve sebzelerden alan mor ekme\u011fi, tan\u0131t\u0131m i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fterilerine ikram ettiklerini belirten Karaka\u015f, lezzetinin de tam not ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. V\u00fccudun g\u00fcnl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131 olan antosiyon maddesinin mor ekmekte bulundu\u011funu, rengi ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeniyle k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede dikkatleri \u00fczerine \u00e7ekti\u011fini belirten Karaka\u015f, vatanda\u015flar\u0131 da hileli \u00fcr\u00fcnler konusunda uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n
Karaka\u015f, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: “Japonyada t\u00fcketimi zorunlu olan mormiks \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc sadece ekmek de\u011fil farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile de sofralara ta\u015f\u0131mak istiyoruz. Mormiks \u00f6z\u00fc bulunan simit, po\u011fa\u00e7a, baklava gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de sat\u0131\u015fa sunaca\u011f\u0131z. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ilgisinden memnunuz ancak artan bu ilgi nedeniyle t\u00fcketicileri de sahte \u00fcr\u00fcnler konusunda uyarmak gerekir.
