Olay, Canik il\u00e7esi Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Mahallesi Samano\u011fullar\u0131 Sokak\u2019ta gece saat 02.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Mahallesi\u2019nden ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nem muhtar aday\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenilen Hulusi \u0130nan (56), hen\u00fcz belirlenemeyen bir nedenle evinde tabancayla intihar etti. Eski muhtar aday\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fi, \u0130nan\u2019\u0131n cans\u0131z bedenini sabah saatlerinde fark etti ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekiplerine haber verdi. Olay yerine gelen sa\u011fl\u0131k ekiplerinin incelemesi \u00fczerine \u015fahs\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi belirlendi. Olay yerine gelen \u0130nan\u2019\u0131n yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ise fenal\u0131k ge\u00e7irdi. Olay yeri inceleme ekiplerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fahs\u0131n cans\u0131z bedeni Samsun E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi morguna kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Eski muhtar aday\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Musa Donbay isimli bir vatanda\u015f, “Hulusi \u0130nan\u2019\u0131n kimseye zarar\u0131 yoktu. \u00c7ok iyi insand\u0131.
