AK Parti Yakutiye Belediye Ba\u015fkan Aday\u0131 Dr. Mahmut U\u00e7ar, se\u00e7im b\u00f6lgesinde ad\u0131m atmad\u0131k yer b\u0131rakm\u0131yor. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n 31 Mart Yerel Se\u00e7imleri manifestosunu a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 ve AK Parti aday tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan sahaya inen U\u00e7ar, se\u00e7im \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bir taraftan il\u00e7edeki resmi ve \u00f6zel kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ziyaret ediyor, di\u011fer taraftan da il\u00e7edeki i\u015fyerlerinde esnaf\u0131 dinliyor. Dr. U\u00e7ar, te\u015fkilat mensuplar\u0131yla birlikte d\u00fczenlenen ev toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda da projelerini anlat\u0131yor. Tarihi Erzurum Kavaflar \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ziyaret ederek ahi evran k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn temsilcisi olan esnaf\u0131n taleplerini de dinleyen Dr. U\u00e7ar, istek ve talepleri not alarak se\u00e7ilmesi halinde yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 vatanda\u015flara tek tek anlat\u0131yor. \u2018G\u00f6n\u00fcl Belediyecili\u011fi\u2019 hedefiyle yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131na vurgu yapan AK Parti Yakutiye Belediye Ba\u015fkan Aday\u0131 U\u00e7ar, insan odakl\u0131 hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla il\u00e7enin k\u00fclt\u00fcr miras\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kan, \u00e7evreci, ihtiya\u00e7lara cevap veren, yeni projeler \u00fcretebilen, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve \u015fehircilik uygulamalar\u0131yla parmakla g\u00f6sterilen \u2018Yeni Yakutiye\u2019 hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yledi. Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n 1994\u2019te \u00e7izdi\u011fi ve yerel y\u00f6netimlerde adeta bir manifesto olan belediyecili\u011fin ilkesel kuramlar\u0131n\u0131 adeta y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za nak\u015federek in\u015fallah Yakutiye\u2019mizi de \u015faha kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. Ak\u0131ll\u0131 kent sistemleriyle donat\u0131lacak olan Yeni Yakutiye, geli\u015fen ve de\u011fi\u015fen Erzurum\u2019un in\u015fallah zirve il\u00e7esi olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
