K\u0131r\u015fehir\u2019in kendine has tarih, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve co\u011frafi konumuna g\u00f6re yerel stratejilerin planlanmas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ilgili kurumlarla yap\u0131lacak uyu\u015fturucu, alkol, t\u00fct\u00fcn ve kumar ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 konular\u0131n\u0131n ve bunlarla m\u00fccadelenin her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 da konu\u015fan Vali \u0130brahim Ak\u0131n, il d\u00fczeyinde uyu\u015fturucu ile m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda her kurumun g\u00f6rev alan\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken faaliyetlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcp sorunlar\u0131n tespit edilece\u011fini ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi i\u00e7in de\u011ferlendirme yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
K\u0131r\u015fehir genelinde faaliyet ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve de\u011ferlendirmelerin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirme yapan Vali Ak\u0131n, “\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak nitelendirilen uyu\u015fturucu ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, gerek toplum psikolojisini bozmas\u0131 gerekse de \u00fclke ekonomisini olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkilemesi nedeniyle \u00fclkemizin geli\u015fmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biridir. \u00dclkemizin ge\u00e7i\u015f g\u00fczergah\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer almas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 jeopolitik konumu ve gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusumuzun \u00e7oklu\u011fu uyu\u015fturucu konusunda \u00fclkemizi hedef haline getirmi\u015f durumda. Devletimiz bu konuda \u00e7ok ciddi bir m\u00fccadele \u00f6rne\u011fi sergilemekteyken illerimizde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapan tehlikelerle m\u00fccadele konusunda \u00e7ok geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 komisyonlar olu\u015fturuldu.”dedi.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131n\u0131n esas amac\u0131n\u0131n uyu\u015fturucu kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 en aza nas\u0131l indirip olumsuz etkilerini nas\u0131l ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131r\u0131z sorusunun oldu\u011funu anlatan Vali Ak\u0131n, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc;<\/p>\n
“Gen\u00e7lerimizi bu beladan nas\u0131l kurtar\u0131r\u0131z gibi konularda \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. As\u0131l amac\u0131m\u0131z, uyu\u015fturucu konusunda toplumsal bir bilin\u00e7 olu\u015fturmak ve bu belayla m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in kamuoyu olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Uyu\u015fturucu sadece kullanan insanlar\u0131 ve ailelerini etkileyen bir illetten ziyade toplumu da yak\u0131ndan ilgilendirir. Ekonomik, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ailevi y\u00f6nleri olan \u00e7ok boyutlu bir sorun. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, b\u00f6ylesine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorunun tek elden \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bu nedenle toplumsal bir m\u00fccadeleyle bu sorunun \u00fcstesinden gelinece\u011finden hareketle geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 toplant\u0131larda bu sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcne ili\u015fkin fikir al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015finde bulunuyoruz. Devletimiz, gen\u00e7lerimizin en b\u00fcy\u00fck belas\u0131 olan uyu\u015fturucu ile m\u00fccadelesini azim ve kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken bizler de ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kla m\u00fccadelede \u00fcst\u00fcm\u00fcze d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revleri en iyi \u015fekilde yapacak, ilimizde uyu\u015fturucu ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere gen\u00e7lerimizi zehirleyen, sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapan b\u00fct\u00fcn maddelerle m\u00fccadeleye aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam edece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n
