Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Kayseri merkezinde meydana gelen fuh\u015fa te\u015fvik, arac\u0131l\u0131k, yer ve imkan sa\u011flama olaylar\u0131 ile ilgili Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ahlak B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan s\u00fcreli teknik ve fiziki takip i\u00e7eren planl\u0131 operasyon kapsam\u0131nda 4 farkl\u0131 \u00fclkeden olmak \u00fczere 9 yabanc\u0131 uyruklu olmak \u00fczere 10 kad\u0131n kad\u0131n ma\u011fdurun \u00e7aresizliklerinden yararlanmak suretiyle fuhu\u015f yapt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. Kad\u0131nlarla para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 cinsel ili\u015fkiye giren \u00e7ok say\u0131da erkek \u015fah\u0131s hakk\u0131nda i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131rken, kad\u0131n \u015fah\u0131slara fuhu\u015f yapt\u0131ran, fuh\u015fa te\u015fvik eden, yer ve imkan sa\u011flayan S.A. ve \u015e.\u00d6. isimli yabanc\u0131 uyruklu kad\u0131nlar ve bunlarla hareket eden E.Y., M.T. ve R.T. isimli erkek \u015fah\u0131slara y\u00f6nelik e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyon yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Polis ekiplerinin \u2019Kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7 polis\u2019 demesine ra\u011fmen zanl\u0131lar\u0131n a\u00e7mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 daire kap\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ilingir yard\u0131m\u0131yla a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131 ve polis ekipleri daireye girdi.<\/p>\n

Zanl\u0131lar\u0131n evlerinde yap\u0131lan aramalarda \u00e7ok say\u0131da telefon hatt\u0131, \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r deterjan\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine gizlenmi\u015f vaziyette cep telefonu ele ge\u00e7irilirken, arama yap\u0131lan bir dairenin lavabo k\u0131sm\u0131na gizlenmi\u015f tarih ve alacaklar\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu defter ele ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nanlardan 5 ki\u015fi haklar\u0131ndaki i\u015flemlerin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan adliyeye sevk edildi.
