A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. San\u0131k \u00d6nl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn kat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, avukat\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada Savc\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fctalaas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan mahkeme heyeti karar\u0131n\u0131 vererek, ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yapmak su\u00e7undan 1 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n
Mahkeme heyeti karar\u0131, “San\u0131k Alican \u00d6nl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00fczerine at\u0131l\u0131 09\/09\/2015 tarihli eylemi ile “Ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yapma” su\u00e7unu i\u015fledi\u011fi sabit olmakla, TCK\u2019nun 61. maddesi uyar\u0131ca su\u00e7un i\u015fleni\u015f \u015fekli, su\u00e7un i\u015flendi\u011fi zaman ve yer, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ama\u00e7, meydana gelen tehlikenin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n sosyal konumu ve kasta dayal\u0131 kusurunun yo\u011funlu\u011fu nazara al\u0131narak san\u0131\u011f\u0131n eylemine uyan 3713 say\u0131l\u0131 TMK\u2019nun 7\/2-b.1 maddesi uyar\u0131nca takdiren ve te\u015fdiden 1 y\u0131l 6 ay hapis cezas\u0131 ile cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na” karar verildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n
