Toplant\u0131ya \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ertu\u011frul Ekici, \u0130l\u00e7e Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Sezgin, Toplum Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Merkezi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Ahmet Ac\u0131, \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcft\u00fc Vekili \u00d6nder Eyvaz kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerde konu\u015fan \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ekici, \u201cMadde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131, uyu\u015fturucu kullanan sadece bireysel olarak kendine zarar vermez. Ailesi etkilenir, toplum etkilenir, \u00e7evre etkilenir. Ayr\u0131ca su\u00e7 i\u015fler. Su\u00e7u tetikleyen bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Su\u00e7u tetikleyen fakt\u00f6rlerden bir tanesi de madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r, yani uyu\u015fturucudur. Toplumumuzda 10 \u00e7ocuktan 9\u2019u iyi bir e\u011fitim al\u0131yor, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ortam ve g\u00fczel bir ahlak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde yeti\u015fiyorsa, maalesef bir \u00e7ocu\u011fumuz ise sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ve olumsuz ortamlarda, \u015fartlarda yeti\u015fiyor. \u0130yi ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ortamda yeti\u015fen 9 \u00e7ocu\u011fun aileleri \u2018neme laz\u0131m\u2019 dememeli. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun mutlaka di\u011fer 9 \u00e7ocu\u011fa da zarar\u0131 olabilir. Narkotik maddelerin ticaret ve t\u00fcketiminde kullan\u0131lan dil nedir? \u015e\u00fcpheli mekanlar nerelerdir?
