Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, kalp damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda yatan pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r bulundu\u011funu, bu fakt\u00f6rlerin ise pek \u00e7o\u011fundan korunman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kalp krizinin belli bir ya\u015ftan sonra mutlaka ki\u015filerin ba\u015f\u0131na gelmesi beklenen bir olay olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011fini belirten Y\u00fcksek, bunun i\u00e7in ise sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fama ilkelerine uyum sa\u011flaman\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHipertansiyonun kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 \u015fart\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kalp damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kalp krizinin alt\u0131nda yatan risk fakt\u00f6rlerini de\u011ferlendiren Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, y\u00fcksek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, kanda kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, sigara i\u00e7icili\u011fi, ileri ya\u015f, ailede ve \u00f6zellikle de birinci derece akrabalarda kalp damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn olmas\u0131, hareketsiz ya\u015fam ve k\u00f6t\u00fc beslenmenin kalp krizini tetikleyen en \u00f6nemli risk fakt\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda oldu\u011funu belirten Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek \u201c\u0130leri ya\u015f ve ailede kalp damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc bulunmas\u0131na etki edemeyiz. Ancak bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn riskleri kontrol alt\u0131na alabiliriz. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n 14 ile 9\u2019un \u00fczerinde seyretmesi uzun d\u00f6nemde kalp damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 riski olu\u015fturur. Bu nedenle kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n bu de\u011ferin alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fi bazen hi\u00e7bir belirti vermeyebilir. Bu nedenle mutlaka otuzlu ya\u015flardan itibaren kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7t\u00fcrmek gerekir. Ki\u015finin hipertansiyonu varsa gerekti\u011finde anti-hipertansif ila\u00e7larla ki\u015finin kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n bu de\u011ferlerin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekir. Tuzsuz diyet de kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 de\u011ferinin d\u00fc\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015eeker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 da kalp krizi nedeni olabilir\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sadece hipertansiyon hastalar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 normal d\u00fczeyde seyreden ki\u015filerin de ileri ya\u015flarda hipertansiyon hastas\u0131 olmamak i\u00e7in tuz t\u00fcketimini g\u00fcnde en fazla 5 gramla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, yemeklere tuz eklenmemesi, tuzlu peynir veya patates cipsi gibi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 tuzlu yiyeceklerden uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Pek \u00e7ok organ\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kalp damarlar\u0131nda t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa neden olarak kalp krizi riskini artt\u0131rabildi\u011fini ifade eden Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cKilo fazlas\u0131 bulunan, \u00f6zellikle de bel \u00e7evresi fazla ya\u011flanm\u0131\u015f veya ailesinde \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015filerin mutlaka kan \u015fekeri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini d\u00fczenli \u015fekilde yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015filerin \u015feker \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri s\u0131n\u0131rdaysa veya ins\u00fclin direnci saptanm\u0131\u015fsa, ilerde \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015fme ihtimali y\u00fcksektir. Bu durumdan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme \u00f6nerilerine uyum sa\u011flayarak ve g\u00fcnde otuz dakika olmak \u00fczere haftada en az be\u015f g\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f veya benzeri spor yaparak korunmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece kalp krizi riski de azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi kalp krizi i\u00e7in tetikleyici bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda \u00fclkemizde \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u00e7a tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olan kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011finin de kalp krizi i\u00e7in tetikleyici bir fakt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, kolesterol\u00fcn y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 durumunda kalp krizi riskinin ortalama \u00fc\u00e7 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.  \u201cKolesterol t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7inde en tehlikelisi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yo\u011fun kolesterol olarak bilinen LDL kolesterold\u00fcr\u201d diyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yo\u011fun kolesterol\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan risk nedeni olan trigliserid y\u00fcksekli\u011fi ve iyi kolesterol diye bilinen HDL d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gelir. Bu de\u011ferler normal de\u011fer aral\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise bazen ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131 da gerektirir. Bu durumdaki ki\u015filer mutlaka sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeli ve hayat\u0131na hareket katmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kolesterol\u00fcn d\u00fczeltilmesi ile kalp krizi riski de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Kolesterol ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n zannedildi\u011fi gibi k\u00f6t\u00fc yan etkileri yoktur. Kalp krizi riskini azaltmak ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere faydalar\u0131 kesinlikle risklerinden fazlad\u0131r\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<p>Erken ya\u015ftaki kalp krizinin ana sebebi \u201dSigara\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sigaran\u0131n \u00f6zellikle erken ya\u015ftaki kalp krizinin ana sebebi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yleyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, kalp krizi ge\u00e7irmeyi veya bir t\u00fcr kansere ya da akci\u011fer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanmay\u0131 beklemeden b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti. Nikotin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n uyu\u015fturucuya benzer derecede kuvvetli bir ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen ve ki\u015filerin sigaray\u0131 b\u0131rakana kadar denemeye devam etmesinin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eken Y\u00fcksek \u201c40 ya\u015f\u0131ndan sonra kalp krizi riski ikiye katlanmaktad\u0131r. O y\u00fczden 40 ya\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6nce kalbiniz i\u00e7in bir check-up yapt\u0131rman\u0131zda fayda vard\u0131r. Ailenizde erken ya\u015fta kalpten \u00f6l\u00fcm varsa, kolesterol\u00fcn\u00fcz \u00e7ok y\u00fcksekse, \u00e7ok kiloluysan\u0131z veya a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 sigara i\u00e7iyorsan\u0131z check-up\u2019\u0131 daha da erken yapt\u0131rman\u0131z gerekmektedir. Damarlar\u0131n\u0131zda t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131k saptanmasa bile \u00f6nerilere uyman\u0131z bundan sonraki kalp krizi riskinizi azaltacakt\u0131r\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHareketsiz ya\u015fam ve beslenme bozuklu\u011fu kalp krizi riskini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hareketsiz ya\u015fam, beslenme bozuklu\u011fu ve obezitenin modern \u00e7a\u011fda kalp krizi riskini artt\u0131ran \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, art\u0131k pek \u00e7ok ki\u015finin oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, evden al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcn i\u00e7indeki hareketlerinde azalma g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cArt\u0131k sulu ev yemekleri yerine \u00f6\u011flenleri h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketilen yemekler tercih edilmektedir. Ak\u015famlar\u0131 ise eve ge\u00e7 gidilip, ge\u00e7 saatte yemek yenmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca pek \u00e7o\u011fumuz kahvalt\u0131 yapmak yerine i\u015f yerinde unlu mam\u00fclleri at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak kahvalt\u0131y\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmekteyiz. T\u00fcm bunlar kalp damarlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131na davetiye \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. Bunun sonucunda da maalesef gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta kalp krizi vak\u2019alar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaftada be\u015f defa yap\u0131lan spor ile be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde kalp krizi ge\u00e7irme riski y\u00fczde 30 azalmaktad\u0131r\u201d<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne mutlaka kahvalt\u0131 yap\u0131larak ba\u015flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcnde unlu ve \u015fekerli g\u0131dalardan uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirtti.  \u015eeker hastas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ki\u015filerin arada s\u00fcrekli bir \u015feyler at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktan vazge\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek, toplam \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yeterli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Uzm. Dr. \u00dcmit Y\u00fcksek \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cAk\u015fam \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc en ge\u00e7 sekizden \u00f6nce tamamlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun sebebi metabolizman\u0131n o saatten sonra kendini uykuya haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 ve yava\u015flamas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6\u011flen yeme\u011finin d\u0131\u015far\u0131da veya i\u015f yerinde yenmesi gerekiyorsa yine sulu yemeklerin tercih edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yemekten ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yemeklerde en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u011f olan zeytinya\u011f\u0131 tercih edilmelidir. \u00d6\u011f\u00fcnlerde ekme\u011fi iki dilimle s\u0131n\u0131rlamal\u0131 ve beyaz ekmekten ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Saf \u00e7avdar ekme\u011fi veya tam bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi tercih edilmelidir. G\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ise s\u00fcrekli oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer mutlak suretle g\u00fcnl\u00fck en az otuz dakika orta tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f veya buna e\u015fde\u011fer spor yapmal\u0131d\u0131r.
