Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi (B\u00dc) Uzaktan Alg\u0131lama ve Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemi (BinUZALCBS) Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Uygulama Merkezi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, \u0130l Afet Ve Acil Durum (AFAD) M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile birlikte \u201cBing\u00f6l \u0130li Deprem Master Plan\u0131\u201d haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Plan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Prof. Dr. Alaaddin Y\u00fcksel\u2019in yapaca\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in toplant\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Toplant\u0131ya Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ramazan Solmaz, \u0130l Afet Ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Emin Bo\u011fatekin, Merkez M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Prof. Dr. Ali R\u0131za Demirk\u0131ran, projede g\u00f6rev alacak \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131 ile m\u00fchendisler kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Rekt\u00f6r Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ramazan Solmaz, \u201cBing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi olarak rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn destekleri ile deprem ve afetler ile ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezi kurulmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z var. Ayr\u0131ca kendi uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131 olan yap\u0131 malzemelerin korozyonu ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da deprem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli. Binalar yap\u0131l\u0131rken depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmalar\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n

Bing\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcn iki fay hatt\u0131n\u0131n kesi\u015fme yerinde olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 deprem riskinin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu belirten \u0130l AFAD M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Emin Bo\u011fatekin;”Bing\u00f6l \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim \u00c7apak hocam\u0131z\u0131 ziyaret etti\u011fimizde, deprem ve afetler ile ilgili bir merkezin kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iletmi\u015fti. Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz, her konuda desteklerinin olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdi. Bug\u00fcn de toplant\u0131da bunun ilk ad\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 atm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktay\u0131z. Projeyi AFAD Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sunaca\u011f\u0131z. Desteklenmesi durumunda Bing\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcn deprem risk haritalar\u0131 ile mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131n durumlar\u0131 analiz edilecek. \u0130lin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 ve imar planlar\u0131n\u0131n buna g\u00f6re g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da son derece \u00f6nem arz etmektedir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Projenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapacak olan Prof. Dr. Alaaddin Y\u00fcksel ise \u201cBing\u00f6l ili deprem, sel, \u00e7\u0131\u011f, heyelan ve ta\u015fk\u0131n gibi do\u011fal afetler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00fclkemizin en riskli b\u00f6lgelerinden biridir. Do\u011fu Anadolu Fay\u0131 (DAF) ile Kuzey Anadolu Fay\u0131 (KAF)\u2019n\u0131n kesi\u015fti\u011fi yerde olan Bing\u00f6l, birinci dereceden depreme hassas bir konumdad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda bilimsel ve yeni teknolojiler ile birlikte il merkezi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u2019Bing\u00f6l \u0130li Deprem Master Plan\u0131\u2019 projesi haz\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r. Projede, \u0130nsans\u0131z Hava Arac\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile birlikte CBS ve Uzaktan alg\u0131lama teknolojileri yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde yer alacakt\u0131r. Multidisipliner olarak yap\u0131lacak bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada hem bilimsel hem de uygulama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan alan\u0131nda uzmanlar g\u00f6rev alacakt\u0131r\u201difadelerini kulland\u0131.
