Mardin Devlet Hastanesinde ilk defa 1 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocu\u011fa b\u00f6brek ta\u015f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 PNL (Perk\u00fctan Nefrolitotomi) y\u00f6ntemiyle b\u00f6bre\u011fe \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir delik a\u00e7\u0131larak yap\u0131lan ameliyatta hastan\u0131n ta\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde k\u0131r\u0131larak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ameliyat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren Mardin Devlet Hastanesi \u00dcroloji Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Dr. \u0130hsan \u00dcn\u00fc\u015f, b\u00f6brek ta\u015f\u0131 rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgede s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u00fcriner sistem hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u00dcn\u00fc\u015f, “B\u00f6brek ta\u015flar\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131n bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6brek ya da kanaldaki konum ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fik y\u00f6ntemlerle tedavi ya da ameliyat edilmektedir. Hastanemizde d\u00fcnya standartlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan b\u00fct\u00fcn ta\u015f k\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemleri mevcuttur. Yak\u0131n bir zamana kadar \u00e7ocuk hastalar\u0131m\u0131z \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki t\u0131p fak\u00fcltelerine sevk edilirken art\u0131k hastanemizde 1 ya\u015f alt\u0131 grubu da dahil olmak \u00fczere b\u00fct\u00fcn hastalar\u0131m\u0131za m\u00fcdahale edilebilmektedir. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz ay i\u00e7inde Mardin\u2019de ilk defa Mardin Devlet Hastanesinde 1 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocu\u011fa b\u00f6brek ta\u015f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 PNL (Perk\u00fctan Nefrolitotomi) y\u00f6ntemiyle b\u00f6bre\u011fe \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir delik a\u00e7\u0131larak yap\u0131lan ameliyatta hastan\u0131n ta\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde k\u0131r\u0131larak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Perk\u00fctan Nefrolitotomi ya da PNL, orta ya da b\u00fcy\u00fck boydaki ta\u015flar\u0131n b\u00f6breklerden al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan endoskopik bir operasyondur. Operasyon i\u00e7in hastan\u0131n s\u0131rt b\u00f6lgesinde 3-4 milimlik bir kesi yap\u0131larak buradan b\u00f6brek i\u00e7erisine nefroskop ad\u0131 verilen optik enstr\u00fcman ge\u00e7irilir. B\u00f6brekteki ta\u015f par\u00e7alara ay\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve par\u00e7alar ayn\u0131 kesiden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. PNL avantajlar\u0131 hastalar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok s\u0131k merak edilen bir konudur. K\u0131r\u0131lmaya diren\u00e7li olan b\u00f6brek ta\u015flar\u0131 \u00fczerinde PNL y\u00f6nteminin ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131 y\u00fcksektir. PNL ameliyat\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda hastalar\u0131n g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famlar\u0131na daha h\u0131zl\u0131 d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. PNL tedavisi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak olan kesinin boyutu son derece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr ve herhangi bir iz b\u0131rakmaz.
