Bursa\u2019n\u0131n \u0130neg\u00f6l il\u00e7esinde Beytullah Suna\u2019n\u0131n vurularak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olayla ilgili, mahkeme olay yerinde ke\u015fif yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

15 A\u011fustos 2016 tarihinde Beytullah Suna\u2019y\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrd\u00fckleri iddias\u0131yla haklar\u0131nda dava a\u00e7\u0131lan 1\u2019i tutuklu 4 san\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmalar\u0131na \u0130neg\u00f6l A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesinde devam edildi. Tutuklu san\u0131k Murat K. savunmas\u0131nda, su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 ve cinayeti kabul etmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. San\u0131klar\u0131n avukatlar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan itirazlar \u00fczerine mahkeme heyeti cinayet i\u00e7in ke\u015fif karar\u0131 ald\u0131. 27 Aral\u0131k 2018 tarihinde cinayetin i\u015flendi\u011fi i\u015f yerinde ke\u015fif yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi. Ancak o tarihte havan\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc olmas\u0131 nedeniyle ertelenen ke\u015fif ak\u015fam saatlerinde yo\u011fun g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u0130neg\u00f6l emniyeti cinayetin i\u015flendi\u011fi yolda ve restoran \u00e7evresinde ku\u015f u\u00e7urtmad\u0131. Cezaevinden getirilen tutuklu san\u0131k, olay\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 mahkeme heyetine anlatt\u0131. \u0130neg\u00f6l Alanyurt yolunda i\u015flenen cinayet nedeniyle yap\u0131lan ke\u015fifte, ana yol s\u0131k s\u0131k trafi\u011fe kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Ke\u015fif sonras\u0131 tutuklu \u015fah\u0131s yo\u011fun g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri alt\u0131nda tekrar Bursa\u2019ya g\u00f6nderildi. Ke\u015fif sonras\u0131 \u0130neg\u00f6l a\u011f\u0131r ceza mahkemesinde tekrar hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kacak olan Murat K. hakk\u0131nda karar verilecek.<\/p>\n

Olay, Bursa\u2019n\u0131n \u0130neg\u00f6l il\u00e7esi Alanyurt Yolu\u2019nda meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, 15 A\u011fustos 2016 tarihinde saat 05.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda \u0130neg\u00f6l-Alanyurt yolu \u00fczerinde bulunan bir restoran \u00f6n\u00fcnde Beytullah Suna, kimli\u011fi hen\u00fcz belirlenmeyen ki\u015filerle tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7\u0131kan tart\u0131\u015fma kavgaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, \u015fah\u0131slardan biri silah\u0131yla ate\u015f etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Silah\u0131 g\u00f6ren Suna, ka\u00e7maya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken arkas\u0131ndan v\u00fccuduna isabet eden 2 kur\u015fun yaras\u0131yla yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 metre ko\u015ftuktan sonra yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. Olay yerine gelen sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri, Suna\u2019n\u0131n olay yerinde \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirledi.
