Sivas\u2019ta bulunan bir ilk\u00f6\u011fretim okulunda okuyan 1\u2019inci s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi 6 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Y.E.Y.\u2019nin velisi H\u00fcseyin Y\u0131ld\u0131z, s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmeni A.Y.\u2019nin o\u011fluna \u015fiddet uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek s\u0131n\u0131fa okul idaresinin bilgisi olmadan gizli kamera yerle\u015ftirdi. \u00c7ocu\u011funa \u015fiddet uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelenen baba, \u00f6\u011fretmenin \u00f6\u011frencilere kar\u015f\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zl\u00fc \u015fiddeti kay\u0131t alt\u0131na ald\u0131. Baba bu kay\u0131tlar ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu. Ancak s\u0131n\u0131fa gizli kamera yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in kendisine dava a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131 ve ceza ald\u0131. Sivas Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, 15 Mart 2018 tarihinde yap\u0131lan su\u00e7 duyurusunda delil olarak sunulan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ise \u201chukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 delil\u201d olarak kabul edilip, delil olarak dikkate almad\u0131. Savc\u0131l\u0131k 8 Ocak tarihli karar\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteki ve ma\u011fdur beyanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda dosyada ba\u015fka bir delil bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6sterip kovu\u015fturmaya ver olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verdi.<\/p>\n

H\u00fcseyin Y\u0131ld\u0131z ge\u00e7mi\u015fte gazetecilere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00e7ocu\u011funun s\u00fcrekli \u00f6\u011fretmeninden dayak yedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesi \u00fczerine bu yola ba\u015fvurdu\u011funu belirterek, \u00f6\u011fretmenin \u00f6\u011frenciyi yalanc\u0131l\u0131kla su\u00e7lamas\u0131 \u00fczerine durumu ispat etmek i\u00e7in internetten ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir gizli kameray\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fa yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti.
