Kastamonu E Tipi Kapal\u0131 ve A\u00e7\u0131k Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumunda h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcleri topluma kazand\u0131rmak ve meslek sahibi yapmak amac\u0131yla kurulan tekstil at\u00f6lyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mahkumlar, hem meslek \u00f6\u011freniyor hem de para kazan\u0131yor. Mahkumlar\u0131n \u00fcrettikleri \u00fcr\u00fcnler ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin b\u00fct\u00fcn illerine pazarlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Mahkumlar, Kastamonu Halk E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Kastamonu Cezaevi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131l\u0131n belli d\u00f6nemlerinde a\u00e7\u0131lan meslek edindirme kurslar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131yor. Cezaevinde olu\u015fturulan tekstil at\u00f6lyelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecek d\u00fczeye getirilen mahkumlar, sipari\u015f \u00fczerine \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan at\u00f6lyede meslek \u00f6\u011frenmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra para kazanma imkan\u0131 da buluyor.<\/p>\n

Kastamonu Cezaevi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ahmet \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, at\u00f6lyenin \u0130\u015f Yurtlar\u0131 Kurumu b\u00fcnyesinde a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, iki ayr\u0131 tekstil at\u00f6lyesinde 85 h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, \u201cCeza \u0130nfaz Kurumundaki h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerimize i\u015f ve meslek \u00f6\u011fretmek amac\u0131yla tekstil at\u00f6lyesini kurduk. Bulundu\u011fumuz at\u00f6lyede \u015fuanda 24 h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc istihdam ediyoruz. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerimizin bo\u015f zamanlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek meslek \u00f6\u011frenmelerini sa\u011flay\u0131p, faydal\u0131 bireyler olarak tekrar topluma kazand\u0131rmaktay\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

\u00dcr\u00fcnleri m\u00fcteahhit firma ad\u0131na \u00fcrettiklerini anlatan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, \u201cBizim gayemiz mevcut at\u00f6lyelerimize ilave bir tekstil at\u00f6lyesi kurmakt\u0131r. Ondan sonra yakla\u015f\u0131k 80 h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc ilave at\u00f6lyede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecektir. Biz firma ad\u0131na \u00fcretim yaparken pazarlamay\u0131 kendileri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

A\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 at\u00f6lye ve kurslarda mahkumlar\u0131 meslek sahibi yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n

\u201cAmac\u0131m\u0131z mahkumlar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle i\u015f ve meslek edinmesi. \u0130\u015f ve mesle\u011fi olmayanlar\u0131n burada meslek \u00f6\u011frenip cezaevinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra mesle\u011fini yapabilmesini istiyoruz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir\u00e7ok h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc giri\u015fimcilik kurslar\u0131na kat\u0131larak sertifikas\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fu \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra da kendi i\u015fini kurabilecek konuma geldi. Burada bu i\u015fi \u00f6\u011frenenler Kastamonu\u2019daki tekstil firmalar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecek kapasiteye geldiler. Onlar da d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131nda i\u015f sahibi olabileceklerdir.\u201d<\/p>\n

A\u00e7\u0131lan at\u00f6lyelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mahkumlar\u0131n meslek \u00f6\u011frenmelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra gelir de elde etti\u011fine i\u015faret eden \u00c7al\u0131\u015fkan, \u201c\u0130\u015f Yurtlar\u0131 Y\u00fcksek Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilen \u00fccretler h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerimize d\u00fczenli olarak \u00f6denmektedir. H\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerimiz de bu sayede kendi hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 idame ettirirken ailelerine y\u00fck olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kmaktalar\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Cezaevinde tekstil at\u00f6lyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan mahkumlardan M.\u00c7., yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 y\u0131ld\u0131r cezaevinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Cezaevinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece can\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten M.\u00c7, \u201cB\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funu duydum ve ba\u015fvurdum. \u00c7al\u0131\u015farak hem vakit ge\u00e7iriyorum hem de cebimize biraz para giriyor. H\u0131rka, e\u015fofman alt\u0131, g\u00f6mlek dikiyoruz. \u0130\u015fimizden olduk\u00e7a memnunum. Bu \u015fekilde i\u015f sahibi olduk\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.
