T\u00fcrk Patent Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan tescil yap\u0131lan Kilis\u2019e \u00f6zg\u00fc cennet \u00e7amuru tatl\u0131s\u0131, lezzetiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00e7ok be\u011fenilen tatl\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Cennet \u00e7amuru-kaymakl\u0131 k\u0131rma k\u00fcnefe isimleriyle bilinen tatl\u0131n\u0131n co\u011frafi i\u015fareti tescili ge\u00e7en y\u0131l T\u00fcrk Patent taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kilis\u2019e \u00f6zg\u00fc tatl\u0131, ad\u0131 ve tad\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u0131l\u0131n her mevsiminde t\u00fcketiliyor. Kilisli ustalar\u0131n \u00f6zenle haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatl\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her taraf\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Yap\u0131m\u0131 zor olan tatl\u0131da, k\u0131rma k\u00fcnefe, bol f\u0131st\u0131k, \u015feker, pudra \u015fekeri ve tar\u00e7\u0131n kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Baklavac\u0131 Mehmet Y\u0131lmaz Ayo\u011flu, cennet \u00e7amuru tatl\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Kilis d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi oldu\u011funu ifade ederek, \u201c\u00c7i\u011f kaday\u0131f\u0131n ya\u011fla yumu\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra ocaktaki tepsiye yerle\u015ftirilerek \u0131s\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor. Genelde ocakta yap\u0131l\u0131r ama g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz gibi k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fczerinde yap\u0131yoruz. Daha sonra tepsiye toz \u015feker ilave ediyoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 10-15 dakika pi\u015firildikten sonra hafif kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak \u015ferbet ve bol f\u0131st\u0131k d\u00f6k\u00fcyoruz. \u00dczerine tar\u00e7\u0131n ve y\u00f6resel kaymak koyduktan sonra f\u0131st\u0131k ekleyerek servise haz\u0131r hale getiriyoruz. Cennet \u00e7amurunu tatmak i\u00e7in herkesi kente davet etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ayo\u011flu, “T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki herkesi Kilis\u2019e gelerek bu lezzeti tatmaya davet ediyoruz. E\u015fi benzeri olmayan bu g\u00fczel tatl\u0131 i\u00e7in bu b\u00f6lgeye gelen herkesi Kilis\u2019e bekliyoruz. E\u011fer be\u011fenmezlerse bizim ikram\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\u00d6te yandan bu tatl\u0131y\u0131 yiyen vatanda\u015flar ise b\u00f6yle bir lezzetin ba\u015fka bir ilde bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu nedenle Kilis\u2019e cennet \u00e7amuru yemeye geldiklerini ifade etti.
