K\u0131r\u0131kkale\u2019de trafik ekiplerince yap\u0131lan \u2019emniyet kemeri\u2019 uygulamas\u0131nda Kent G\u00fcvenlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemindeki (KGYS) kameralar ile tespit edilen kural ihlali yapan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere 1 saatte 8 bin 55 TL ceza kesildi.<\/p>\n

K\u0131r\u0131kkale\u2019de Demokrasi ve Cumhuriyet Meydan\u0131\u2019ndaki H\u00fcrriyet Caddesi\u2019nde \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Trafik \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan \u2019emniyet kemeri\u2019 uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Emniyet kemeri uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra telefonla konu\u015fan, ters y\u00f6ne giren, kasks\u0131z motosiklet kullanan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler de KGYS kameralar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tespit edildi. Burada yap\u0131lan 1 saatlik uygulaman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan kural ihlali yapan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere 8 bin 55 TL idari para cezas\u0131 kesildi.<\/p>\n

KGYS ile uygulamalar\u0131n devam edece\u011fini ifade eden Trafik \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hac\u0131 \u00d6mer Akt\u00fcrk, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015fik saatlerinde, g\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fi\u015fik g\u00fcnlerinde rutin olmayan \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015fik zamanlarda bu uygulamalar\u0131 biz burada ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uygulamada saat 11.00 ile 12.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda ilimizde H\u00fcrriyet Caddesi Meydan Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019nda emniyet kemeri kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti\u011fimiz yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 arac\u0131m\u0131za, yine seyir halindeki cep telefonu kullanan 2 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131za biz gerekli idari para cezas\u0131 i\u015flemlerini yapt\u0131k. Bununla beraber seyir halindeyken yine emniyet kemeri tak\u0131l\u0131 olan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerimize de yine kontrol edildiklerini bilmeleri manas\u0131nda uyar\u0131larda bulunduk. Bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z \u015fehrimizin de\u011fi\u015fik noktalar\u0131nda Kent G\u00fcvenlik Y\u00f6netim Sistemleri ile devam edecek. Biz bu uygulamalar\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kendilerinin de kameralar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flem yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilinmesini istiyoruz. Dikkat etmelerini istiyoruz. Trafik kurallar\u0131 bizlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve can sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in var\u201d dedi.
