(26) ve \u015e.I. iki katl\u0131 evin in\u015faat halindeki ikinci kat\u0131ndaki dairede bulunduklar\u0131 s\u0131rada E.Y. fenala\u015ft\u0131 ve morarmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu s\u0131rada C.A. panik i\u00e7inde olay yerinden ka\u00e7t\u0131. \u015e.I. ise 112 acil servis ekiplerinden yard\u0131m istedi. Olay yerine polis ve ambulans sevk edildi. Sa\u011fl\u0131k ekipleri E.Y.\u2019nin olay yerinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirdi\u011fini tespit etti. \u015e.I. ifadesi al\u0131nmak \u00fczere g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. E.Y.\u2019nin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u015f\u00fcpheli bulunurken, \u015fahs\u0131n uyu\u015fturucudan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f olabilece\u011fi iddia edildi.
