Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re Kocaeli, Ankara, Adana, Antalya, Bolu, Mu\u011fla, \u0130zmir, Bal\u0131kesir, Eski\u015fehir, Aksaray ve K\u00fctahya\u2019da ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar, internet \u00fczerinde verilen \u2018Sat\u0131l\u0131k konteyner\u2019 ilanlar\u0131 ile doland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131nca \u015fikayet\u00e7i oldu. Artan ihbarlar sonras\u0131nda Kocaeli Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 koordinesinde Kocaeli Emniyeti Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Yankesicilik ve Doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k B\u00fcro Amirli\u011fi ekipleri harekete ge\u00e7ti. Ekipler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan incelemelerde \u015f\u00fcphelilerin kimlikleri tespit edildi. \u00c7ete lideri S.B. (30) ve \u00e7etenin \u00f6nde gelen \u00fcyelerinden Y.M. (35)\u2019nin farkl\u0131 siteler \u00fczerinden \u2018Sat\u0131l\u0131k konteyner\u2019 ilanlar\u0131 verdikleri ve ilan sahibi k\u0131sm\u0131na ise banka hesab\u0131 olan \u00e7ete \u00fcyelerinin isimlerini yazd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit eden ekiplerin, ilanda vaat edilen konteynerleri almak isteyen vatanda\u015flar\u0131n paray\u0131 D.T. (27), H.A. (39), A.M.K. (21) ve T.Y. (22) isimli \u00e7ete \u00fcyelerinin hesaplar\u0131na yat\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirledi.<\/p>\n

Ekipler taraf\u0131ndan adresleri belirlenen \u00e7ete \u00fcyelerinin yakalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Sakarya ve Kocaeli\u2019de \u2018Hayalet konteyner\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda operasyon d\u00fczenlendi. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen operasyonla \u00e7ete lideri S.B. ile Y.M., D.T., H.A., A.M.K ve T.Y. isimli \u00e7ete \u00fcyeleri yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Kocaeli Emniyeti Asayi\u015f \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne getirilen \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n \u2018Sat\u0131l\u0131k konteyner\u2019 ilanlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden y\u00fczlerce vatanda\u015f\u0131 doland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 belirlendi. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131na ait telefon numaralar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak yakalanmamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edilen \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n incelemelerinde \u00e7ete lideri S.B.\u2019nin 32 adet aranmas\u0131n\u0131n ve 1 y\u0131l kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapsi cezas\u0131, Y.M.\u2019nin 30 adet su\u00e7 kayd\u0131 ve 3 y\u0131l 1 ay kesinle\u015fmi\u015f hapsi cezas\u0131, D.T.\u2019nin 5 adet doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131ktan su\u00e7 kayd\u0131, A.M.K.\u2019nin farkl\u0131 su\u00e7lardan 14 adet su\u00e7 kayd\u0131, T.Y.\u2019nin ise h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131ktan 4 adet su\u00e7 kayd\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n

Emniyetteki i\u015flemleri tamamlanan \u015fah\u0131slar Kocaeli Adliyesi\u2019ne sevk edildi. Adliyedeki ifadeleri sonras\u0131nda \u015fah\u0131slardan \u00e7ete lideri S.B., Y.M., D.T. ve H.A.\u2019n\u0131n tutuklanmas\u0131na karar verilirken, A.M.K ve T.Y. isimli \u015fah\u0131slar ise adli kontrol \u015fart\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.
