Konu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Hakan El\u00e7i, Van\u2019\u0131n ekonomisine b\u00fcy\u00fck bir katk\u0131 sunaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131klar\u0131 Kap\u0131k\u00f6y G\u00fcmr\u00fck Kap\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hay\u0131rlara vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.
