Bal\u0131kesir\u2019in G\u00f6nen il\u00e7esinde tekstil i\u015fiyle u\u011fra\u015fan i\u015fletme sahipleri Sebahattin ve Kaz\u0131m Ayano\u011flu, ev han\u0131mlar\u0131na istihdam sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6nen\u2019in Balya yolu \u00fczeri Gerenler mevkii 3.kilometresinde 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri giyim ve tekstil i\u015fiyle u\u011fra\u015fan Ayano\u011flu bir\u00e7ok insana ekmek kap\u0131s\u0131 oldu. Band\u0131rma \u0130\u015eKUR arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da personel kitlesini artt\u0131ran i\u015fletme, kad\u0131nlara sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 istihdam ile dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Band\u0131rma \u0130\u015eKUR arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla b\u00fcnyesine ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 40 i\u015f\u00e7iye ekmek kap\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7an \u015firket, G\u00f6nen ekonomisine katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan, 120 kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 fabrikada \u00fcretilen k\u0131yafetler, G\u00f6nen\u2019den t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ula\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlardan kimi kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 parayla ailesinin ge\u00e7imini sa\u011flarken, kimi de e\u011fitim masraflar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131laman\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Fabrikan\u0131n i\u015fletme sahiplerinden Sebahattin Ayano\u011flu, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri fabrikada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015ftu\u011funu kaydetti. Ayano\u011flu, \u201c70\u2019e yak\u0131n personelimizle i\u00e7 giyim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hizmet vermekteyiz. SEKA Tekstil ve Band\u0131rma \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un deste\u011fiyle i\u015f ba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitim program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda G\u00f6nenli arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za i\u015f imkan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitim program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 3 ayl\u0131k e\u011fitimlerini verdikten sonra b\u00fcnyemize ald\u0131k. B\u00f6ylelikle istihdam sa\u011flamak ad\u0131na \u00fclke ekonomimize destek olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de iki b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketin sipari\u015flerini \u00fcretiyoruz, i\u00e7 giyim \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00c7ocuk, erkek, bayan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini \u00fcretiyoruz. \u0130lk olarak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketin istekleri do\u011frulusunda renk, adet ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Band\u0131rma \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019dan bahsetmek gerekirse yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 50 ki\u015fiye istihdam sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu zor g\u00fcnler ayakta kalmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan Band\u0131rma \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum” dedi.
