Elektrik, su ve gaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131 gibi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc aletlerinin periyodik muayene ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreleri \u015eubat ay\u0131 sonu itibariyle biterken; Gaziantep Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Zorlu Enerji Kalibrasyon Merkezi, do\u011falgaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n periyodik muayene ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde periyodik muayenelerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda bilgilendirdi.<\/p>\n

Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc ve \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc Aletleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc aletlerinin zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nan periyodik muayene s\u00fcresi, 28 \u015eubat itibariyle sona eriyor. Gaziantep Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Zorlu Enerji Kalibrasyon Merkezi, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketleri ve organize sanayi b\u00f6lgeleri envanterinde bulunan ve 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k damga s\u00fcresi dolmu\u015f do\u011falgaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131na sahip kurumlar\u0131; s\u00fcre sona ermeden gerekli muayene ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 yapma konusunda uyard\u0131. Ge\u00e7erli s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda muayenesi yap\u0131lmayan saya\u00e7lara, 3516 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcler ve Ayar Kanununun 15\/c maddesi gere\u011fince 2 bin 600 lira idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan Zorlu Enerji; 1200 metrekare a\u00e7\u0131k alanda kurulu kalibrasyon merkezine, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her yerinden do\u011falgaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6nderilebilece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n

Periyodik muayene s\u00fcresinin belirlenmesine y\u00f6nelikte bilgi veren Zorlu Enerji Kalibrasyon Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Akif Deniz, “Elektrik, su ve gaz saya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n periyodik muayenelerinin on y\u0131lda bir yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc ve \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc Aletleri Muayene Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi; Madde 9\/b gere\u011fince zorunludur. Saya\u00e7 \u00fczerinde bulunan m\u00fch\u00fcrde sayac\u0131n damgaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n son iki rakam\u0131 bulunur. Bu Y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131ndaki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc aletlerinin periyodik muayene s\u00fcresinin hesaplanmas\u0131nda damgaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l esas al\u0131n\u0131r ve y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde hangi tarihte damgalanm\u0131\u015f olursa olsun damgaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l birinci y\u0131l olarak say\u0131l\u0131r. Kalan s\u00fcre, damgaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131 takip eden y\u0131ldan itibaren hesaplan\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fvurular, do\u011frudan ya da Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n B\u00fcrokrasinin Azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, Mevzuat\u0131n Sadele\u015ftirilmesi (BAMS) kapsam\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131l hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi dijital sistem \u00fczerinden elektronik ortamda, uzaktan ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131labilece\u011fini ve Kalibrasyon Merkezimize ilgili periyodik muayene veya \u015fikayetli saya\u00e7 ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n takip numaras\u0131n\u0131n bildirilmesi yeterli olacakt\u0131r” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.
