Kuleyi in\u015fa eden yetkililerden al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re, saatlerin yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan getirildi\u011fi, zaman ayar\u0131n\u0131n ise uydu ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 ile otomatik olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi. Ar\u0131zan\u0131n kendilerinden kaynaklanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten yetkililer, saatlerin durmas\u0131n\u0131n tek sebebinin elektrik kesintisi ve voltaj d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc oldu\u011funu belirtti.
