Anne U\u011fur, b\u00f6ylece daha az a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 ve kolay do\u011fum yapabildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fum hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Kad\u0131n Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Do\u011fum Uzman\u0131 Op. Dr. Seda Deniz I\u015f\u0131klar, sezaryen sonras\u0131 normal do\u011fumun tercih edilmeyen ve kesinlikle rutin olmayan bir durum oldu\u011funu belirtti. Deniz, &#8220;G\u00fcl\u00e7in han\u0131m do\u011fum eylemi ba\u015flayarak geldi, takiplerimizde bebe\u011fin kalp at\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile ilgili bir sorun yoktu. Bu t\u00fcr durumlarda annenin ve ailenin fikri, \u00f6nemli anneye durumu ve t\u00fcm olas\u0131 riskleri anlatt\u0131k, yaz\u0131l\u0131 onay ald\u0131k, kendili\u011finden ilerlemeyi \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 takip ettik. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te istemedi\u011fimiz bir durum olsayd\u0131 yine anneyi sezaryene alacakt\u0131k. G\u00fcl\u00e7in han\u0131m hastanemizin pilates e\u011fitmeni, gebelik s\u00fcrecinde nefes egzersizleri ve do\u011fumu kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak hareketleri gebelerimize g\u00f6steren bir e\u011fitmen. Do\u011fumu kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak hareketleri son dakika da gebeye anlatmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bu e\u011fitimlerin hamilelik s\u00fcresince al\u0131nmas\u0131 ise anne adaylar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok do\u011fru y\u00f6ntem. G\u00fcl\u00e7in han\u0131m, bunlar\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi biliyordu. Do\u011fuma yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemde de pelvik kaslar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in egzersizlerini d\u00fczenli olarak yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Ik\u0131nman\u0131n da teknikleri oldu\u011funu dile getiren Dr. Seda Deniz I\u015f\u0131klar,  \u201c\u0130ki \u00e7e\u015fit \u0131k\u0131nma var; a\u00e7\u0131k ve kapal\u0131 \u0131k\u0131nma. \u00c7o\u011funlukla kad\u0131nlar kapal\u0131 \u0131k\u0131nma yap\u0131yor, ancak bu \u00e7ok do\u011fru bir y\u00f6ntem de\u011fil. Ki\u015fi kapal\u0131 \u0131k\u0131nmada nefesini i\u00e7inde tutarak \u0131k\u0131n\u0131r ve bu bebe\u011fe giden oksijenin de azalmas\u0131na sebep olur. A\u00e7\u0131k \u0131k\u0131nmada ise ki\u015fi, nefesini d\u0131\u015far\u0131 verir ve diyafram\u0131n deste\u011fi ile bebe\u011fi daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde iter bu daha etkili ve do\u011fru olan \u0131k\u0131nmad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnnenin psikolojisinin ve teknik bilgilerinin do\u011fumun kolay olmas\u0131nda etkili oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum\u201d diye konu\u015fan Dr. I\u015f\u0131klar, \u201cBizim a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdan daha stresli bir do\u011fumdu, sezaryen sonras\u0131 normal do\u011fum oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha dikkatli ilerledik. \u0130stedi\u011fimiz ilerlemeyi sa\u011flamasayd\u0131 sezaryene almak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Saat 13.00\u2019de sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 17.00 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda do\u011fum yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen anne G\u00fcl\u00e7in Kaya U\u011fur ise \u015funlar\u0131 aktard\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c5 y\u0131ld\u0131r hamilelere y\u00f6nelik pilates e\u011fitmenli\u011fi yap\u0131yorum. Hamileli\u011fim s\u00fcresince belli aral\u0131klarla egzersizler yapt\u0131m ve son d\u00f6nemde de \u00f6zellikle pelvik kaslar\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in egzersizler yapt\u0131m. Tabi nefes egzersizlerini de s\u00fcrekli yapt\u0131m, bunun \u00e7ok faydas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcm do\u011fumda. Gebelerin hamilelik pilatesini ya da egzersizleri internetten bak\u0131p yapmamalar\u0131 laz\u0131m, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc her hamilenin yapabilece\u011fi egzersizler farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. Hareketleri bir uzman e\u015fli\u011finde yapmal\u0131lar. Gebeler, 12\u2019nci haftadan ba\u015flay\u0131p, do\u011fumun son an\u0131na kadar doktorlar\u0131n\u0131n da kontrol\u00fcnde egzersiz yapmal\u0131.
