15 y\u0131ld\u0131r pazarlama ileti\u015fimi alan\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok \u015firkete dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti veren ve \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc ileti\u015fim projeleri y\u00f6netmi\u015f olan Pazarlama ve \u0130leti\u015fim Uzman\u0131 Ay\u00e7a \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u201cTurizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00f6neticileri istenilen karl\u0131l\u0131k ve dolulu\u011fa ula\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131ndan \u015fikayet\u00e7i.B\u00fcnyelerinde ayr\u0131 bir pazarlama departman\u0131 bile bulunmayan pek \u00e7ok tesis i\u00e7in al\u0131nda hedeflerini yakalamak, ancak Pazarlama ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zt\u00fcrk, yeni pazarlaman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli unsurunun ise samimiyet oldu\u011funu vurgulayatak \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi \u201cTurizme h\u0131z kazand\u0131racak en yeni ve etkin ara\u00e7 ise sosyal medya. Ancak inceledi\u011fimiz zaman kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tablo halen birka\u00e7 tesis ve kurum haricinde turizmde sosyal medya kullan\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tamamen de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fi. Sosyal medya, direk sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz bir kanal.
