PTT A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan ve y\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi\u2019nin (UETS), Pusula \u0130leti\u015fim\u2019in elektronik ileti\u015fim ve veri saklama teknolojilerini kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 duyuruldu.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye yarg\u0131 sisteminde \u00f6nemli olan, PTT A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan ve y\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi\u2019nin, Pusula \u0130leti\u015fim\u2019in elektronik ileti\u015fim ve veri saklama teknolojilerini kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. \u0130leti\u015fim \u015firketinin, yeni sistemde tebligatlar\u0131n elektronik ortamda \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve etkin bir \u015fekilde al\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Buna g\u00f6re analiz, geli\u015ftirme ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ileti\u015fim \u015firketi taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilecek UETS ile tebligatlar, teslim edilme ve okunma g\u00fcvencesine kavu\u015furken, sistemdeki adrese ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan tebligat, al\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olsa dahi 5\u2019inci g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda tebli\u011f edilmi\u015f say\u0131lacak. Bu sayede, elektronik tebligatlar de\u011fi\u015ftirilemez ve inkar edilemez yasal kan\u0131t niteli\u011fi kavu\u015furken, ki\u015fisel veriler korunacak ve bilgi g\u00fcvenli\u011fi garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nacak. UETS, b\u00fcrokrasiyi azalt\u0131rken verimlilik ve h\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131ran yeni sistemle birlikte ka\u011f\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kalkmas\u0131yla da \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n
Elektronik ileti\u015fim konusundaki uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n UETS i\u00e7in tek sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck etken oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Pusula \u0130leti\u015fim Kurucu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00f6kalp \u00c7ak\u0131c\u0131, \u015firketin sundu\u011fu UETS sisteminin, Avrupa Birli\u011fi normlar\u0131na uygun olarak geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
\u00c7ak\u0131c\u0131, konu ile ilgili \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131: \u2019\u2019Ayr\u0131ca uzman posta i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirip i\u015f ortaklar\u0131m\u0131za sundu\u011fumuz mesaj ar\u015fivleme platformu da UETS \u00fczerinde tebligat\/delil saklama gerekliliklerini g\u00fcncel teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak en g\u00fcvenli ve h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde sa\u011flayabilece\u011fimiz konusunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir referans oldu. Tebligatlar\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 ve eksiksiz, muhatab\u0131na do\u011frudan ve kesin ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, iletim s\u0131ras\u0131nda sehven veya teknik bir ar\u0131za sebebiyle tebligatlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u015fey gelmemesi veya bilgi ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi, adli birimlerin an\u0131nda ve teslim kan\u0131t\u0131ndan hemen emin olacak \u015fekilde tebligat\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmesi, sistemin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015fledi\u011finin en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergeleri. \u015eirketimiz, sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00fcncel ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve birikimiyle UETS\u2019nin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve kesintisiz i\u015fleyi\u015finde \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
