Malatya\u2019n\u0131n Kuluncak il\u00e7esinde kurulan Hidroelektrik Santrali\u2019ne (HES) tepki g\u00f6steren vatanda\u015flar, eylem yaparak seslerini duyurmak istediler.<\/p>\n

Kuluncak \u0130l\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Sofular Mahallesinde projesi onaylanan HES santraline tepki g\u00f6steren mahalle halk\u0131 ke\u015fif i\u00e7in mahalleye gelen yetkililere seslerini duyurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sabah erken saatlerinde trakt\u00f6rler ve arabalarla mahkemenin ke\u015fif heyetinin ge\u00e7ece\u011fi k\u00f6pr\u00fc \u00fczerinde toplanan vatanda\u015flar ellerinde ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6viz ve pankartlarla HES\u2019in mahalledeki su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kurutacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylediler.<\/p>\n

\u2018Sofular Reg\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fc ve HES\u2019 projesinin yarg\u0131 karar\u0131 ile iptal edildi\u011fini belirten Sofular E\u011fitim K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Derne\u011fi y\u00f6neticisi G\u00fcley K\u00f6r\u00fckmez, ancak sonradan al\u0131nan \u00c7ED raporunda ger\u00e7e\u011fi yans\u0131tmayan bilgilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti. \u00c7ED raporunda bal\u0131kl\u0131 Tohma \u00e7ay\u0131 ile sulanabilen tar\u0131m arazinin 2 bin 400 d\u00f6n\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini belirten K\u00f6r\u00fckmez, \u201dOysa 4 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm Sofular k\u00f6y\u00fcne ve bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm Bicir k\u00f6y\u00fcne ait tar\u0131m arazisi HES projesi i\u00e7inde sulanmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya kuru kay\u0131s\u0131 ihrac\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 85\u2019ni kar\u015f\u0131layan Malatya\u2019da y\u0131ll\u0131k bin 600 ton kays\u0131 ile katk\u0131da bulunan Sofular\u2019daki 35 bin kay\u0131s\u0131 a\u011fac\u0131ndan bahsedilmemi\u015ftir. K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fczde yeti\u015fen 10 bin adet meyve ve sebze \u00fcretimine de\u011finilmedi\u011fi gibi \u00c7ED raporunda mobil ya ve in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne verilen 50 bin adet ceviz ve kavak a\u011fac\u0131ndan da bahsedilmemi\u015ftir. \u00c7ED raporunda yer alan resimler ise alakas\u0131z yerlerden ve k\u0131\u015f mevsiminde \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir. Halk\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131 halktan gizli yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda k\u00f6ye gelen ke\u015fif heyetinin jandarma e\u015fli\u011finde \u00fcst sokaklardan b\u00f6lgeye gitti\u011fini fark eden vatanda\u015flar ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yolunu kesti. K\u0131sa s\u00fcreli gerginli\u011fin ard\u0131ndan jandarma e\u015fli\u011finde Tohma \u00c7ay\u0131 \u00fczerindeki k\u00f6pr\u00fcye gelen ke\u015fif heyeti sonras\u0131nda santralin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 alanda incelemelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Eyleme kat\u0131lan vatanda\u015flar, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019a seslenerek \u00e7evreye b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde zarar\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledikleri projenin durdurulmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ettiler.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme heyetinin ke\u015fif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 da yak\u0131ndan takip eden vatanda\u015flar, bir \u00f6nceki raporda g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri hata ve eksiklikleri dile getirdiler. Sofular Mahallesindeki eyleme siyasi partilerin belediye ba\u015fkan adaylar\u0131 da destek verdi.
