Y\u0131ld\u0131z, \u2018\u00d6ncelik hayat\u0131n, \u00f6ncelik yayan\u0131n\u2019 slogan\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen etkinli\u011fin Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanununda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklik ile \u2018S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, g\u00f6revli bir ki\u015fi veya \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 trafik i\u015fareti bulunmayan, ancak trafik i\u015fareti ve levhalar\u0131yla belirlenmi\u015f kav\u015fak giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile yaya ve okul ge\u00e7itlerine yakla\u015f\u0131rken yava\u015flamak, varsa buralardan ge\u00e7en veya ge\u00e7mek \u00fczere bulunan yayalara durarak ilk ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131n\u0131 vermek zorundad\u0131r\u201d dedi.
