Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, Merzifon Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen soru\u015fturma kapsam\u0131nda, Amasya \u0130l Jandarma Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekiplerinin ba\u015fka illerden getirilen ka\u00e7ak i\u00e7ki ile merdiven alt\u0131 \u00fcretim yap\u0131lan sahte i\u00e7kilerin piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fclmek istendi\u011fini belirlemesi \u00fczerine teknik ve fiziki takibe al\u0131nan zanl\u0131lar\u0131n yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarla yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7ki \u00fcretiminin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 gelir sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 tespit edildi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 ayl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sonucunda Amasya\u2019n\u0131n Merzifon il\u00e7esi merkez olmak \u00fczere \u0130stanbul, Ankara, Samsun, \u00c7orum, Manisa, Ordu ve Tokat\u2019ta belirlenen adreslere ve imalathanelere d\u00fczenlenen e\u015f zamanl\u0131 operasyonda, 2 bin 674 \u015fi\u015fe ka\u00e7ak ve sahte i\u00e7ki ile \u00e7ok say\u0131da sahte bandrol, 3 bin bo\u015f \u015fi\u015fe ve 2 bin 500 \u015fi\u015fe kapa\u011f\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irildi. El konulan ka\u00e7ak i\u00e7kiler i\u015f makineleri taraf\u0131ndan imha edildi.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nan ve jandarmadaki i\u015flemleri tamamlanan 34 \u015f\u00fcpheliden 4\u2019\u00fc savc\u0131l\u0131k talimat\u0131yla serbest b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131. Merzifon Adliyesine sevk edilen 30 ki\u015fiden 12\u2019si ifadelerinin ard\u0131ndan serbest kal\u0131rken, 18\u2019i ise \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.
