Son 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r g\u00fcndemde olan bu uygulama konsepti ile ameliyat sonras\u0131 iyile\u015fmenin h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131, hastanede kal\u0131\u015f ve iyile\u015fme s\u00fcresinin k\u0131sald\u0131\u011f\u0131, komplikasyonlar\u0131n ve maliyetlerin anlaml\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Avrupa\u2019da ERAS, Amerika\u2019da ise h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7 (fast track) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Protokol\u00fcn temel felsefesi, cerrahi travmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 metabolik stresi azaltarak hastan\u0131n en k\u0131sa zamanda normal aktiviteye d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
