Adana\u2019da tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hastanede yakalanan ve ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc DEA\u015e\u2019\u0131n cellad\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen yabanc\u0131 uyruklu \u015fahsa 6 y\u0131l 3 ay hapis cezas\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n

Al\u0131nan bilgiye g\u00f6re Ahmet \u0130sa, \u00fclkesinde ya\u015fanan i\u00e7 sava\u015fta ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc DEA\u015e saflar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131p, Suriye\u2019nin Cerablus-Kobani (Ayn El Arab) b\u00f6lgesinde emirli\u011fini, ABD\u2019nin en \u00e7ok aranan ter\u00f6ristler listesinde yer alan ve bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen Alman rap\u00e7i Denis Cuspert\u2019in (Deso Dogg) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kendilerine; \u2018Ketebt ul Eyup El Ensari\u2019 ad\u0131n\u0131 veren bir ketibe grubuna kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130sa, \u2018Ebu Talha Almani\u2019 kod ad\u0131n\u0131 alan Alman rap\u00e7inin yaverli\u011fini de \u00fcstlendi.<\/p>\n

Ayn Elp Arap B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde Esad rejimi ve bir di\u011fer ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc PKK\u2019n\u0131n Suriye kolu olan YPG\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 da sava\u015fan Ahmet \u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n, YPG\u2019li ter\u00f6ristlerin \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi olaylar\u0131nda aktif bir rol ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00f6rg\u00fct taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015f\u0131na 100 bin dolar \u00f6d\u00fcl konuldu. \u0130sa, her yerde aran\u0131rken, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cerablus\u2019ta DEA\u015e\u2019a y\u00f6nelik hava sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131r yaraland\u0131 ve M\u00fcnbi\u00e7\u2019te \u00f6zel bir hastanede tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

DEA\u015e\u2019l\u0131 ter\u00f6rist, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Kilis \u00fczerinden yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yollarla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye girip, daha sonra ailesinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Adana\u2019ya gelerek, burada \u015eehir Hastanesi\u2019nde tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce \u00c7ukurova \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Balcal\u0131 Hastanesi\u2019ne sevk edilen ve burada sa\u011f aya\u011f\u0131 kesilen Ahmet \u0130sa, 20 Eyl\u00fcl 2018 tarihinde hastaneden taburcu edildi\u011fi g\u00fcn, Adana Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 ekiplerce g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Emniyetteki sorgusunda DEA\u015e saflar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131p, Esad ve YPG\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 itiraf eden \u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n cep telefonunda da yanlar\u0131nda Kale\u015fnikof ve Bixi marka uzun namlulu silahlar olan bir grup ter\u00f6ristle ayn\u0131 odada kal\u0131p, \u2018Ne\u015fid\u2019 tarz\u0131 m\u00fczik e\u015fli\u011finde e\u011flendi\u011fi ana ait g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6zde bayra\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde de g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenen \u0130sa, tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi.<\/p>\n

Ahmet \u0130sa, 14 \u015eubat 2109 tarihinde tutuklu bulundu\u011fu cezaevinden mahkemenin verdi\u011fi \u2018ara karar\u2019 ile sal\u0131verildi. Adana 13. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi, san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda \u2018silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc \u00fcyesi olmak\u2019 su\u00e7undan 6 y\u0131l 3 ay hapse mahkum edildi. Ancak Ahmet \u0130sa, teslim olmak yerine ka\u00e7\u0131p izini kaybettirdi. Bu firar ise, sadece bir g\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Ter\u00f6rle M\u00fccadele \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri, \u0130sa\u2019y\u0131 merkez il\u00e7e Y\u00fcre\u011fir\u2019de sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 evde yakalad\u0131.
