Proteinden fakir beslenmek negatif nitrojen dengesine yol a\u00e7arak sa\u00e7 d\u00f6k\u00fclmesine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ak\u0131r, &#8220;Protein al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla d\u00f6k\u00fclme durmakta veya azalmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcnde bin kaloriden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck diyetle beslenenlerde zamanla bazal metabolizma yava\u015flamakta, bu da tiroid bezlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flatmakta ve sonucunda sa\u00e7 d\u00f6k\u00fclmelerine sebep olmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca uzun s\u00fcreli a\u00e7l\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131n erkeklik hormonunun yar\u0131 \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc uzatarak y\u0131k\u0131m s\u00fcresini uzatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sonucunda erkek tipi kelli\u011fe sebep oldu\u011fu bildirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccudumuzun sentezleyemedi\u011fi ve diyetle almam\u0131z gereken omega-3, 6, 9 denilen esansiyel ya\u011f asitlerinin eksikli\u011fi durumda 2-4 ay i\u00e7inde sa\u00e7larda d\u00f6k\u00fclme ba\u015flar. Omega-3 i\u00e7eren besinlerin en \u00e7ok bilinenleri somon bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, torik bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, uskumru bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, palamut bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, kabak \u00e7ekirde\u011fi, keten tohumu ve semiz otudur. Demir eksikli\u011finde depo demir ve doku demirinde azalma anemi geli\u015fiminden \u00f6nce g\u00f6zlenmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir k\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in depo demiri (ferritin) d\u00fczeyinin 40 mikrogram litre olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca demir i\u00e7eren g\u0131dalar k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, karaci\u011fer, hindi, tavuk eti, \u0131spanak ve lahana gibi koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, ton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, sardunya, uskumru, mezgit,nohut ve kuru fas\u00fclye gibi kurubaklagiller, antep f\u0131st\u0131\u011f\u0131, ay \u00e7ekirde\u011fi, kabak \u00e7ekirde\u011fi, badem gibi kuruyemi\u015fler, kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm, kuru erik, kuru incir gibi kurutulmu\u015f meyveler, yumurta ve pekmezdir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7inko minerali, sa\u00e7 k\u00f6klerinin geli\u015fmesinde \u00f6nemli fonksiyonlar\u0131 olan \u00e7ok say\u0131da enzimin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015flev g\u00f6rmesini sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ak\u0131r, &#8220;\u00c7inko eksikli\u011finde sa\u00e7 d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi, sa\u00e7lar\u0131n beyaz, seyrek, k\u0131sa ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan bir hal almas\u0131 g\u00f6zlenir. Karides, istiridye, bal\u0131k, et, karaci\u011fer, bu\u011fday tohumu, kabak \u00e7ekirde\u011fi, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi \u00e7ekirde\u011fi, t\u00fcm tah\u0131llar, ceviz, badem, yumurta, peynir ve s\u00fct \u00e7inko i\u00e7eren yiyecekler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bak\u0131r eksikli\u011fi \u00f6zellikle uzun s\u00fcreli s\u00fctten olu\u015fan diyetlerde yetersiz al\u0131ma ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak veya kronik beslenme bozuklu\u011fu olanlarda veya baz\u0131 genetik hastal\u0131klarda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Biotin en s\u0131k yumurta sar\u0131s\u0131, f\u0131nd\u0131k, f\u0131st\u0131k gibi kabuklu yemi\u015flerde, baklagillerde bulunur. C vitamini eksikli\u011finde de \u00f6zellikle k\u0131llarda k\u0131vr\u0131lmalar ba\u015flar ve tirb\u00fc\u015fon k\u0131l denilen sa\u00e7\u0131n bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinden b\u00fck\u00fclmeler ba\u015flar. \u00d6zellikle ya\u015fl\u0131larda, alkoliklerde, sigara i\u00e7enlerde, kortizonlu ila\u00e7lar\u0131n uzun s\u00fcreli kullan\u0131m\u0131nda ,taze sebze veya meyvelerin yetersiz t\u00fcketimine ba\u011fl\u0131 geli\u015fir. Taze sebze ve meyveler C vitamini i\u00e7eren besinler olarak gerekli C vitamini ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131larlar. Limon, greyfurt, portakal, \u00e7ilek, kivi, frenk \u00fcz\u00fcm\u00fc, en \u00e7ok C vitamini i\u00e7eren meyveler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.
