17 A\u011fustos 1999 depreminde \u0130stanbul\u2019da en \u00e7ok y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frayan Avc\u0131lar\u2019da \u2018Deprem Haftas\u0131\u2019 nedeniyle AK Parti Avc\u0131lar Belediye Ba\u015fkan aday\u0131 Dr. \u0130brahim Ulusoy\u2019un organizasyonu ile y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f d\u00fczenlendi. Y\u00fczlerce ki\u015fi kafalar\u0131na takt\u0131klar\u0131 arama kurtarma fenerleri ile fark\u0131ndal\u0131k i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f havadan da g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi.<\/p>\n

1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda kent genelinde en \u00e7ok y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frayan il\u00e7elerden birisi Avc\u0131lar olmu\u015ftu. 1-7 Mart Deprem Haftas\u0131\u2019nda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla Avc\u0131lar Marmara Caddesi\u2019nde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f d\u00fczenlendi. AK Parti Avc\u0131lar Belediye Ba\u015fkan aday\u0131 Dr. \u0130brahim Ulusoy\u2019un organizasyonu ile d\u00fczenlenen y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fe y\u00fczlerce ki\u015fi kat\u0131ld\u0131. Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fte deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fine ve riskli yap\u0131lara dikkat \u00e7ekildi. Vatanda\u015flar kendilerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan arama kurtarma fenerlerini kafalar\u0131na takarak y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fte Ulusoy ve AK Parti Avc\u0131lar \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ya\u015far Karaarslan\u2019a e\u015flik etti.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ncesi bas\u0131n mensuplar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan \u0130brahim Ulusoy, “G\u00fczel Avc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ac\u0131 bir olay ya\u015fad\u0131, bir deprem ya\u015fad\u0131. Rabbim bir daha ya\u015fatmas\u0131n. Depremin ne zaman gelece\u011fi belli de\u011fil. Depremi \u00f6nlemekte m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bizim burada yapaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z depreme kar\u015f\u0131 tedbir almak. Sa\u011flam ve fiziki manada her a\u00e7\u0131dan sa\u011flam yap\u0131lar olu\u015fturmak, g\u00fczel bir mimar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapmak. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada bu \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Hat\u0131rlars\u0131n\u0131z belki de Japonya \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r depremler ya\u015fayan, deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda olan bir \u00fclke. Ayn\u0131 zamanda depreme kar\u015f\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu tedbirlerle zaten d\u00fcnyada \u00f6rnek olan \u00fclkelerden birisi. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan s\u00fcrekli ben ifade ediyorum, bizim depremle ne zaman kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z belli de\u011fil. Fakat biz bug\u00fcn burada AK Parti ve Milliyet\u00e7i Hareket Partisi\u2019nin, Cumhur \u0130ttifak\u0131\u2019n\u0131n olu\u015fturmu\u015f oldu\u011fu bu g\u00fc\u00e7, bu enerji ile her konuya parmak bas\u0131yor, diyoruz ki belediyecilik fark\u0131ndal\u0131kt\u0131r, belediyecilik halk\u0131n yarar\u0131na, milletin faydas\u0131na her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ad\u0131m\u0131 atmakt\u0131r. \u015eu anda Deprem Haftas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulunuyoruz. Depremi ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz bu ac\u0131 olay\u0131 tekrar bir daha hat\u0131rlamak istemiyoruz. Hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za Rabbim\u2019den rahmet diliyorum. Onlara birer Fatiha okuyal\u0131m. Depremde fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in bir \u0131\u015f\u0131k yakmak manas\u0131nda bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131k organizasyonunu d\u00fczenlendik\u201d dedi.
