Olay, 2 Mart Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc Aksaray-Ankara karayolunda bulunan bir dinlenme tesisinde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde meydana gelen bir doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k olay\u0131yla ilgili Meryem \u015e. ve Orkide E. \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahkemece tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi. Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan tutuklanan Orkide E.\u2019nin Aksaray \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde g\u00f6revli polis memuru olan e\u015fi Yasin E., tutuklanan e\u015fini cezaevinden kurtarmak i\u00e7in doland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen \u015fah\u0131slarla bulu\u015fmak istedi. Aksaray-Ankara karayolunda bulunan bir dinlenme tesisinde randevula\u015fan polis memuru Yasin E., erkenden gelerek tesiste beklemeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bir s\u00fcre sonra tesise otomobille gelen 4 ki\u015fiden 3\u2019\u00fc ara\u00e7tan inerek polis memurunu kur\u015fun ya\u011fmuruna tuttu. Baca\u011f\u0131na 9, dirse\u011fine 1, kas\u0131\u011f\u0131na 2 ve kal\u00e7as\u0131na 2 kur\u015fun isabet eden polis memuru Yasin E. a\u011f\u0131r yaraland\u0131. Yasin E.\u2019yi yaralayan \u015f\u00fcpheliler geldikleri otomobille olay yerinden ka\u00e7t\u0131. Sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan olay yerine \u00e7ok say\u0131da sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekibi sevk edildi.<\/p>\n
Olay\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphelilerin pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015fen \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Asayi\u015f \u015eubesi ekipleri, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 inceleme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda 4 zanl\u0131n\u0131n Nev\u015fehir iline ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etti. Nev\u015fehir \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile irtibata ge\u00e7en Aksaray polisi, \u015f\u00fcphelilerin Avanos il\u00e7esinde bir e\u011flence merkezinde oldu\u011funu belirledi. Yap\u0131lan ortak operasyonla Nurettin F. (26), Mustafa Kul D. (34), Servet K. (43) ve Volkan Y. (38) e\u011flence merkezinde e\u011flenirken yakalanarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.
