Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u0130kinci 100 G\u00fcnl\u00fck Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019nda yar alan polis merkezlerinde “G\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u201d uygulamas\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n

\u00c7ankaya \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 10 Nisan Polis Merkezi Amirli\u011finde \u201cG\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u201d kuruldu. D\u00fczenlenen t\u00f6rene Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Erhan G\u00fclveren, Asayi\u015f Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Levent Tuncer, \u00c7ankaya \u0130l\u00e7e Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Hakan K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7o\u011flu, ilgili m\u00fcd\u00fcrler ve karakol personeli kat\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde bin 263 polis merkezi amirli\u011finden 700\u2019\u00fcnde G\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hizmete girdi\u011fini belirten Emniyet Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00fclveren, \u201cG\u00fcven Masalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hizmete sokmu\u015f bulunuyoruz. Vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131za en seri \u015fekilde hizmet verilmesi ve konusunda e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f uzman, g\u00fcler y\u00fczl\u00fc, hizmet odakl\u0131 personelimizin g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi G\u00fcven Masalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla bir araya getirerek, emniyet hizmetleri s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlik hizmetleri kalitesini en \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefledik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

\u201cG\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u201d neleri kaps\u0131yor<\/p>\n

Polis Merkezi Amirliklerine gelen vatanda\u015flar, ilk etapta vatanda\u015f odakl\u0131 devlet \u00f6rne\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde G\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u2019nda bulunan g\u00f6revli personel ile ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ecek. Vatanda\u015f, konusunda uzman, bilgisi, birikimi ve deneyimi olan polis memuru taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak. Vatanda\u015f, sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131ktan sonra kendisine h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yard\u0131mc\u0131 olunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6revli personelce ilgili birime y\u00f6nlendirilecek. Polis merkezi amirliklerinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilecek konular s\u00f6z konusu birimlerce h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclecek. Merkez amirlikleri taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan ba\u015fka konularla ilgili gelen vatanda\u015fa kendi sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn nerede oldu\u011fu ve gitmesi gereken birimin adresi ile ileti\u015fim bilgileri verilecek. Polis ve vatanda\u015f\u0131n iyi diyalog kurabilmesi, sorunlar\u0131n olu\u015fum a\u015famas\u0131nda tespit edilmesi ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmesinin ama\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cG\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u201d uygulamas\u0131, 7 g\u00fcn 24 saat kesintisiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak. Kaliteli hizmet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla Hakkari\u2019nin en u\u00e7 noktas\u0131ndaki polis merkezi amirlikleri ile Edirne\u2019de kurulan polis merkezi amirlikleri hizmetleri ayn\u0131 ve en iyi \u015fekilde olacak.<\/p>\n

Amirlikler i\u00e7erisinde \u201cG\u00fcven Masas\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda vatanda\u015fa y\u00f6nelik kurallar da bulunuyor. \u201cPolis Merkezi Amirli\u011fi Davran\u0131\u015f \u0130lkeleri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131da, \u201cT\u00fcrk Polisi\u201d kelimeleri akrosti\u015finde yaz\u0131lan kurallar yer al\u0131yor. Davran\u0131\u015f ilkelerini ise \u015fu kurallar olu\u015fturuyor:<\/p>\n
