Ordu\u2019da ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta heyelan meydana gelen G\u00f6lk\u00f6y il\u00e7esi Sar\u0131ca Mahallesi \u2018afete maruz b\u00f6lge\u2019 ilan edildi. B\u00f6lgede 73 konut tahliye edildi.<\/p>\n

Ordu Valili\u011finden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k ve \u0130sk\u00e2n Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yeni yap\u0131la\u015fmaya yasakl\u0131 b\u00f6lge karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilen G\u00f6lk\u00f6y il\u00e7esi Sar\u0131ca Mahallesi\u2019nde heyelan aktivitesinin y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde zaman zaman devam etti\u011fi, en son ge\u00e7en hafta meydana gelen afet sonras\u0131 73 konuttan olu\u015fan 67 binan\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi belirtildi. Heyelan hareketlili\u011finin son aylarda h\u0131z kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ge\u00e7en hafta can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fini olumsuz etkileyecek bir durum sergiledi\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, b\u00f6lgenin \u2018afete maruz b\u00f6lge\u2019 kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Bu sebeple b\u00f6lgedeki t\u00fcm konutlar\u0131n tahliye edildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n

\u201cKonutlar\u0131 nakil edilecek vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za valili\u011fimizce kira yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6lgede meydana gelen heyelanlar\u0131n sebebi ve al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemleri belirlemek \u00fczere AFAD Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca jeoteknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Afetzede vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in hak sahipli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve uygun yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 tespitinden sonra yeni afet konutlar\u0131 in\u015fa edilecektir. Enerji nakil hatlar\u0131nda meydana gelen deformasyonlar, ilgili kurumlarca giderilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d
