Bursa E Tipi Kapal\u0131 ve A\u00e7\u0131k Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumu ile Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi aras\u0131nda imzalanan protokol ile mahk\u00fbm ve h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerin yeniden topluma kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek proje boyunca kader mahk\u00fbmlar\u0131na psikolojik ve sosyolojik destek sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n

Bursa E Tipi Kapal\u0131 ve A\u00e7\u0131k Cezaevi\u2019nde kalan erkek ve \u00e7ocuk h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc-tutuklulara psikolojik ve pedagojik destek sa\u011flayarak sosyal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sanatsal faaliyetler yoluyla \u0131slah s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini olu\u015fturacak protokol imzaland\u0131. Protokol imza t\u00f6reni \u00f6ncesinde k\u0131sa bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Bursa Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131s\u0131 U\u011furhan Ku\u015f, ceza infaz kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n maksatlar\u0131n\u0131n sadece h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerinin cezalar\u0131n\u0131n inf\u00e2z\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. H\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerin e\u011fitimleri, rehabiliteleri ve iyile\u015ftirmeleri ad\u0131na de\u011fi\u015fik sosyal projeler geli\u015ftirmenin \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Ba\u015fsavc\u0131 U\u011furhan Ku\u015f, \u201cCeza infaz sisteminin farkl\u0131 bir amac\u0131n\u0131 daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ad\u0131na sizlerle birlikte bu projeyi imzalayaca\u011f\u0131z. Maksad\u0131m\u0131z infaz kurumunda kalan h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc, tutuklu karde\u015flerimizin e\u011fitimlerini biraz daha ileriye g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilmek, iyile\u015ftirmek, rehabilite etmek ve tekrar topluma haz\u0131r etmektir. Bu anlamda projenin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum. Katk\u0131lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00fcniversite y\u00f6netimine ve akademisyenlerine \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u0130n\u015fallah bu protokol\u00fcn katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 olarak yak\u0131n zamanda g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay ise, ceza infaz kurumundaki h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerin e\u011fitimine y\u00f6nelik b\u00f6ylesine bir protokol imzalad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in mutluluk duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Protokol\u00fcn ilk amac\u0131n\u0131n buradaki h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerin e\u011fitimi ve geli\u015fimine y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011funu aktaran Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay, \u201cProtokol\u00fcn bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan di\u011fer taraf\u0131 ise sosyal sorumluluk projesi olarak \u00fcniversitemizin ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan alanlarda kentteki di\u011fer kurumlar ile i\u015f birli\u011fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z protokol\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015fehrin kurumlar\u0131yla beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilme kabiliyetimizi ve kapasitemizi g\u00f6stermek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla biz bu t\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda da g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olmaya devam edece\u011fiz. Protokol\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn iki kuruma da hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Protokol kapsam\u0131nda Bursa Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri ve \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlileri, Bursa E Tipi Kapal\u0131 ve A\u00e7\u0131k Ceza \u0130nfaz Kurumlar\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc ve tutuklulara psikolojik ve pedagojik destek sa\u011flayarak sosyal k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sanat faaliyetleri yoluyla onlar\u0131n \u0131slah s\u00fcrecine destek olacak. Protokolle ayn\u0131 zamanda cezaevi personelinin de psikolojik, ileti\u015fim ve meslek\u00ee motivasyon alanlar\u0131nda desteklenerek kurumlar aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fma ve i\u015f birli\u011finin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hedefleniyor. \u0130mza t\u00f6reninin ard\u0131ndan Bursa Cumhuriyet Ba\u015fsavc\u0131s\u0131 U\u011furhan Ku\u015f ve BU\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ulcay, cezaevi i\u00e7erisindeki tekstil at\u00f6lyelerini gezerek yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi ald\u0131.
