Ad\u0131yaman 2. A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesinde devam eden dava dosyas\u0131 karara ba\u011fland\u0131. Mahkemede iddia makam\u0131, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n FET\u00d6\/PDY silahl\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcnde \u2018m\u00fctevelli\u2019 olarak g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn il imam\u0131yla yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na seyahat etti\u011fi, \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, dijital materyallerde \u00f6rg\u00fctsel veriler elde edildi\u011fi, \u00f6rg\u00fcte para toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00fczerine at\u0131l\u0131 su\u00e7lar\u0131n sabit oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

San\u0131k Seyit Ahmet Ba\u011fc\u0131 ise, su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 kabul etmeyerek, \u201cBen T\u00fcrk devletine g\u00fcveniyorum, mahkemenin karar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131y\u0131m\u201d diyerek beraat\u0131n\u0131 istedi.<\/p>\n

Mahkeme heyeti, san\u0131\u011f\u0131n 6 y\u0131l 10 ay 15 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131yla cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 karar verdi. Tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanan san\u0131k tutuklanarak cezaevine g\u00f6nderildi. Seyit Ahmet Ba\u011fc\u0131, Ad\u0131yaman\u2019da 13 y\u0131l boyunca il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6revinde bulundu.
